I had a rest in this hotel from 17.10. 2010 to 24.10. 2010. I must say right away that I have been vacationing in Egypt for four years in a row, a couple of times a year. Rested in 4 * and 5 *. So there is something to compare. They settled us without any problems and gave us a room with a sea view (2242) for an additional surcharge. We immediately put on bracelets, and since it was time for dinner, we went to a restaurant. Immediately make a reservation, I do not suffer from delusions of grandeur or increased demands. . BUT: 1) The food is not only not tasty, but the choice is, to put it mildly, meager. I just didn’t understand how zucchini or eggplant could not be tasty! ? How can you spoil vegetables at all ?? ? As it turned out, you can! 2) The waiters constantly occupied tables for those who paid. They put buns on the table. It was very stressful. Because I basically didn’t intend to pay for the fact that they would hold a table for me. That's bullshit! 3) All week the food was monotonous. My husband and I decided not to bother about this... so we won’t gain an extra kilo or two. What was very annoying was that the bar on the beach started working from 11.00!! ! When it opened, a kilometer-long queue lined up. In all hotels, juices and tea could be taken by yourself. In this hotel, you had to stand in line for half an hour ! ! To God forbid not to drink an extra glass of UPI! We are early risers. At 7 am breakfast and on the beach. It turned out that before 11 you can’t even drink water anywhere, not to mention everything else. Moreover, in all hotels where we used to rest, bottled water was given every day. This hotel gave it only once upon arrival. For a week, they never changed the bed and towels ! ! I'm in shock! Hotel guide (Tez tour) or reptile (as you prefer) Karim is just a freak! A boor and an ill-mannered pig. While talking to you, he simultaneously called somewhere on the phone. And he answers all your questions: "come tomorrow. " The sea! The sea is simply gorgeous, but you must admit, this is not at all the merit of the hotel. It was very difficult to swim calmly, because divers are brought here from all over the coast. As they say, there is nowhere to spit. So we got the impression that the owner of the hotel believes that as long as there are live corrals on his beach, the service for vacationers is not necessary. And so they will come. Nefiga! Personally, I will not go to this hotel again.
