Отель неплохой, а персонал ужасный! Nice hotel but terrible staff!

The hotel was chosen based on recommendations and budget! When you check in, they immediately asked for money for an improved room! They immediately refused and we were taken with a child of 6 years old to the very corner and also the 3rd floor! And with separate beds! As a result, they paid and moved us to the 1st floor! The rooms were cleaned poorly, although seeds and chocolates were left (they did not wipe the dust at all).
Important: there is now a change of power and it was bought out by the Sunrise company (everything should improve). But the staff there is terrible! They drink with us, and ours, smoke weed, behave obscenely even in relation to their wives! But the area and the reef are beautiful! But to get to the beach by bus, it still has to be lucky! Better on foot!
