We chose this hotel because of the beautiful reef. We are satisfied with the check-in, they served us quickly, settled with 2 children in a superior room for a small surcharge, brought extra beds for children for free. Cleaning arranged, the guy asked every day if cleaning was needed or not, if so, he cleaned it, if not, we only took water from him. There are no questions to the staff, but the hotel itself is old. Constantly something was missing, then beer, then cola, they poured everything in half into plastic cups. The food is monotonous, but tasty. There was no animation at the hotel, children's animation was 1 time, on other days it was not carried out, the animators explained this by the fact that there were few children. We would not go to this hotel a second time. There is a strange concept there, for example, they put out 10 bottles of beer, 2 bowls of fruit for lunch, if they took it all apart, then they can’t stand anything anymore, they say that it’s over and that’s it; we addressed this issue at the reception, he said that this could not be, that everything would be fixed, but nothing was fixed.
