We rested in Tiran Island for the third time. It was -17 outside the window in Kyiv. And so I wanted warmth and sun that they could not stand it and took a ticket to Egypt. We arrived early in the morning. Filled out questionnaires. All hotels check-in from 14.00. But don't waste the day! Therefore, we separately folded beach clothes in advance. There is a toilet in the lobby of the hotel. There is a lot of space in the cabin for the disabled and it is convenient to change clothes. Change your clothes and run to the sea. Every 15 minutes there is a bus to the beach, in the summer, when it was hot, it was relevant, but now we walked all the time, enjoyed the beauty of flowering shrubs and flowers. After 12, they found us, prepared a room, took our things there.
We travel a lot, but when we want complete relaxation, we choose Tiran Island. What attracts me to this hotel?
Walking access to the sea. The most beautiful reef, where tourists are brought for diving and snorkeling. Short pontoon. In winter, it is very important to choose the right hotel in Sharm, because there are bays where waves and wind will not allow you to swim. It is always calm in our bay. There are no waves. And the sea is warm. My husband and I walked far to the right of the pontoon to "study" the fossils, the water is colder there. Compared to August, there are a lot more fish. Whole flocks. The huge Napoleon Grisha has become completely tame - it is given to stroke. And his kids grew up. In the mornings we swam to the next pontoon towards the Baron. We saw whole families of stingrays, a huge turtle, moray eels, a black mantle. Be sure to explore the sea to the right of the pontoon. There is no wind on the beach either. And until 10 am there are always free sun loungers, and if not enough, you can lie down on the sand. It’s not hot at all now, the temperature is very comfortable and you don’t have to hide under an umbrella.

The hotel is new, built in Arabic style. It has large, bright rooms with stylized furniture. The room was cleaned every day. There is a lot of greenery on the territory. Every tree, bush blooms. The air is filled with the scent of flowers. The hotel management pays a lot of attention to work with the staff. And it's very nice. Everyone in the hotel greets us in Russian and asks how we are. Very cheerful and pleasant bartenders, cooks, waiters. The most surprising thing for us was that they recognized us and, having seen us, rejoiced - and the table was set and a cocktail was given personally by themselves. And this is absolutely no money. On arrival they brought fruit to the room. My husband had a birthday. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention of the hotel - congratulations - they gave us a cake.
I like the relative remoteness of the hotel from the bustle of the city. Although the city does a lot for the safety of tourists, this is our additional security. If you wish, you can take a walk in Soho - only 15 minutes. Don't take a taxi. After dinner it's just a pleasure. Exit the hotel and go left along the illuminated road. In the middle, part of it will not be asphalted, but it will be convenient to go. At the end, walk 30 meters in the direction of 2 cell towers in the desert, turn in front of them and go out onto a straight road - after 200 meters - Soho. If you walk from the hotel to the right, there is a supermarket and a pharmacy, fruits are a little more expensive than in the Old Town. But you don't have to spend money on a taxi. Mango 4 dollars, strawberries 2, fresh juices 3 dollars each. On Melii beach, fresh juices are also 3 dollars. If you go to the right, but closer to the sea, there is a boulevard with shops and restaurants near the Baron Hotel. You can also get here from the sea. We went to the Old City. Bargained with taxi drivers for 7 dollars. But there, as in Naama, merchants are very annoying.
The restaurant serves delicious food. They try very hard to please tourists of all nationalities. One of the dinners was dedicated to Slavic cuisine. There was even borscht! I haven't tried it, I prefer European mashed soups, but they probably pleased those tourists who cry over borscht. There are always 2 types of fish, 3-4 meat options, potatoes, rice, different types of pasta, macaroni, various cooked vegetables. In the morning, they cook scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs in front of you. There are boiled eggs, pancakes, beans, tomatoes with cheese. Sausages, sausages, as in all hotels, are not tasty. Large selection of buns and cakes. Fruits. Every time we visit the hotel the service gets better. They stopped carrying carts with dirty dishes along the tables. Bars have learned to deal with queues. Drinks are poured in advance. Prepare tea and coffee. The hotel staff did a great job decorating the hotel for Christmas and New Year. Christmas trees, Santa with deer (which, for some reason, are very similar to goats), gingerbread houses, illumination... The new team of animators, well done. Charging, yoga, volleyball, dance games, evening programs. Participate in everything and there will be no boredom. I am pleased that the hotel managers pay attention to complaints, advice from tourists. This improves service. If you have problems, don't accumulate displeasure. Go to reception. A beautiful smart girl works there - Katya Davydova. She will help you with any issue you may have. Most importantly, be positive and your holiday will be successful. If you have any questions - write, I will try to help.
