Therefore, I decided to definitely share my experience and note the main points regarding the Tiran Island Hotel. Rested with my husband from 5 to 12 May (the first time in Egypt and generally abroad). They settled us quickly, because we arrived late in the evening. For those who arrive in the morning, you will have to wait until 12.00. The room was large, but with 2 beds and overlooking the garden and the desert. At first, this confused us and we immediately turned to the reception - we were told that there were no rooms today, come tomorrow. We were not particularly upset, because we only needed the room to spend the night and take a shower (we were on the beach or by the pool all day). Everything was in order in the room, clean linen, but then if you look closely, you can see centuries-old dust, never washed curtains and sagging windows. There was a case that the air conditioner dripped, but the staff solved this problem. Conclusion - if something is wrong, immediately to the reception and get them until your request is fulfilled. The food is average, there seems to be a lot of everything, but there is almost nothing to choose, everything is repeated every day. In the dining room they do not have time to clean the dishes and do not wipe the tables. Alcohol - water, take it with you))) The beach is good, the sea is beautiful, a million beautiful fish right at the pontoon (every day they brought tourists from other hotels to swim near our shore). The territory of the hotel is huge and very beautiful. The pool is beautiful. Animators a little tired, but sometimes pleased. . . Competitions by the pool, water aerobics, dance class, evening shows in the amphitheater. The staff treats the Russians mediocrely, but the Italians, the British and the Americans are held in high esteem. Cocktails at the bars are made according to the mood. But there is such a policy, if suddenly someone is rude, immediately go to the reception and complain, if it doesn’t roll, call the manager, then the boor is fired on the same day, and the rest then follow the line. In general, considering all of the above, we still liked the rest and we arrived with a lot of impressions and a beautiful tan))) You can visit this hotel once, but if you have time and the opportunity to choose, then I think there are a lot of hotels for the same price, but with the best service.
