Arrived at the hotel with a large friendly family. My husband and I and two children 7 and 10 years old, my parents. Checked in immediately, even though we arrived at the hotel at 11 am. They asked for a room next door, they gave it without any compensation. Both rooms were in the main building. The disadvantage of our rooms was the location of the assembly hall with animation on the third floor. Every evening the music was quite loud. The rest of the rooms are very nice. Comfortable beds, clean linens and towels, every day a bottle of water in the room. Plumbing in excellent condition. Cleaning, of course, disappointed, very superficially, in some places the border between the washed floor and the dirty space unnoticed by the cleaner was visible to the naked eye. This was near the beds and the table. There were enough hangers in the closet. At first they were going to stay in a room with all the children, but then they realized that in this case the coffee table and chairs would have to be moved to the balcony. Therefore, the parents came in very handy. The older child moved into their room. I really liked the area of ​ ​ the hotel. . Green, clean, neat, friendly staff, greeted and smiled. Heated a large adult pool without slides and a children's section with slides. The sons, of course, strove to leave the adult slides, but they let only the eldest pass, and he immediately froze. In addition to the water park, all sorts of "activities" were constantly offered, such as aerobics, aqua aerobics, water polo, stretching, darts and boccia. All this was next to the heated pool. We really liked the animation. The younger one often went to the kids club. There were very nice Russian-speaking girls with whom you can safely leave your children for three hours. In general, there are many families with children in the hotel, they quickly find friends, so parents have time for themselves. In addition, my husband went to the gym, where he really liked it: there were all the necessary simulators. I liked the Cleopatra treatment at the spa. From a family point of view, the hotel is very good. We didn't go to the beach very often. I will explain the reasons. Firstly, you have to go to the beach by bus, it's not difficult, but when there are a lot of you and the children run away somewhere, the parents drink coffee, then it becomes difficult to leave together at the same time. Secondly, the beach is located between hotels under construction. The beach itself is quite cozy, but windy from everywhere. Before that, we rested in Sharm in a hotel that was located on a rock, while there on the beach in winter it was almost calm. Here there was an entrance to the sea only from a pontoon and a small shallow water for children. The reef is pretty, a lot of small fish, we didn’t see anything big. At the same time, closer to summer, the sea will presumably become calmer for snorkeling and just swimming. Also on the beach there is where to eat fast food, salads and fruits. Let's move on to food. This is one of the advantages of the hotel. In addition to the main restaurant, where you can always find the main list of products: meat, chicken, turkey, duck, lamb (alternating), rice, pasta, baked vegetables, potatoes in variations, pizza, soups (not tasty at all), desserts, fruits and pastries. The kids preferred cereal and milk and yogurt for breakfast, chicken pasta and pizza for lunch, again chicken and cake for dinner. Oh, and fruit whenever possible. Liked guava, oranges and dates. Additionally, you can dine once a week in five restaurants. So they didn't go through all of them. Were in Indian and Lebanese. I liked it, although far from ideal. Drinks are all diluted, even soda, juices are only powdered, alcohol is weak, but it suited us. The bartenders are not greedy, they serve with a twinkle, quickly, and do not beg for tips. We went shopping on La Strada street. Taxis are available from the hotel at Clooney's. We listened to the tourists, remembered from last year what for what, and walked through the souvenir shops ourselves. We bought everything we needed at good prices, having previously chosen where it was cheaper. With the eldest son went to Petra. Everyone was delighted, despite the sleepless night.
