Hello! We read the reviews about the hotel and decided to leave a review. Read a lot of different reviews before going to this hotel.
The hotel saw a lot of pluses, but there are also minuses. In general, the hotel is not bad, especially since they only came to get one positive. The room was good with a view of the central pool, there was an exit to both the water park and the central pool (but it cost us $ 20), room 2213. There were enough sunbeds always and everywhere (even in the water park), you didn’t have to get up and take a sunbed from 7 -00. We went on an excursion to Cairo, we arrived very late, of course, and woke up late at 11-00 and then there were a lot of free sunbeds. And even if it was not enough, then you could ask the attendants to always bring it, even with an umbrella.
There were plenty of free tables in the restaurant, too, at any time. There were no problems with the waiters. The food was just very varied. And what delicious crabs are there, it's just super. The only problem is with tea, it was only in the morning, and the rest of the time they went to drink tea in a bar. We visited an Italian restaurant and everything is delicious there, and the portions are just killer. The kids couldn't even eat everything.

The water park is just super, the slides worked almost all but two. The only missing circles. The Germans, as always, were different, they took all the circles, they probably have no idea to share. To ride, I even had to conflict with a German woman. But then the problem with the circles was solved, new ones appeared.
The beach is located on the second coastline, I had to ride a taf-tuff, which went every 30 minutes. The beach is of course wild, not yet inhabited, the bar on the beach is rather weak, but the bar has everything (drinks, cocktails, cheeseburgers, hamburgers). There is construction going on on the beach, but it does not load at all, we did not see or hear any problems with noise. The red flag hangs until 12-00, because the tide is strong, big waves. But the beauty of the reef covers all the shortcomings of this beach. We have not seen such beauty. And how many fish, it's just a fairy tale. Even a big fish sailed (two meters) called Napoleon, they don’t talk about other fish. There’s nothing to do there without a mask and snorkel. The reef is just a fairy tale. Clean, beautiful. You can get a lot of pleasure from just one reef.
We went on trips to Cairo. All liked it. We were lucky with the guide (her name was Olya), the girl was just smart, she spoke Russian perfectly (but she is Arab or Egyptian). Then we also went to the Ros-Mukhamed reserve (a trip on a yacht), dived, it was also very interesting, Daughter even dived twice , the second dive cost $25. But I want to say our reef was much richer than the reserve.
In the evening, of course, it's boring, the animation is poor. But we spent the evenings in the bar on the second floor, drinking coffee and cocktails (very tasty cappuccino).
Rested from the tour operator "Mostrevel". The tour operator was not disappointed. The guides were very good. Many thanks to the hotel guide Tamir, well done. There were no problems, he solved them immediately. And a big thank you to the girl Lena, who sits at the reception. She helped all the tourists from Russia, although this is not part of her duties at all.
In general, the holiday went well. Probably because you do not need to look for the hotel's flaws. We liked everything. It was possible to go there again.
