Two days ago I returned from this hotel, and on fresh impressions I decided to write a review. We went from October 9 to 20 for 11 days with two families 2 + 2 and 2 + 1, i. e. 4 adults and 3 children, children aged 9.10 and 12.
I want to say right away that people with big requests are not in this hotel, because. he pulls on the "five" only with a very big stretch, I would rate him a good "four". We chose this hotel because Tez Tour gave it a very good discount, and in its price category it was the best hotel. Before the trip, I studied in detail all its pros and cons, so there were no disappointments, however, there was no particular enthusiasm either.
Settlement. At first, without any tip, we were settled in room 3218, the room is not bad, overlooking the quiet pool, 2nd floor, BUT small... read in the reviews that the rooms are large, but it turns out not all... the fact is that there are four of us (2 + 2 ), for three, and even more so for two, this room would still fit, but if you put two extra beds there, you get one four-sleeping place. Our friends from the second call and for $ 10 were given room 2227.2nd floor overlooking the central pool and 1.5-2 times more than our room. We returned to the reception, hinted that we also have $ 10 and we want a large room, it turned out that there were no more such rooms, but we were persistent and after a while, after paying $ 60, we settled in a 2-room Family Room overlooking the pools and hookah. . though on the first floor, but a huge one (3106).

About the rooms: in the first room, the slope of the floor in the shower was made in the opposite direction from the drain... in the second, it was a little better, but not by much, at first it was annoying, but then we saw how quickly the remaining water dries up, and stopped paying attention to it. The decoration of the rooms (especially the bathroom) was conceived to be good, but it was done in a “blunder” (it didn’t bother us, but for someone it’s important). The room has a minibar and daily water renewal (0.6 ml/person), safe, LCD TV with 2 Russian channels. They came to clean the room every day, the bed was changed for us twice, for our friends - once (the day before departure), the floors were washed, too, like once (apparently it is considered once they didn’t get dirty, you can’t wash it) a couple of times, taking dirty towels, forgot to leave clean, a couple of times I forgot to leave the water. Not a crime, and on a call to the reception everything was quickly brought, but not everyone likes to be distracted by this. We tried to leave a tip a couple of times - this did not affect the quality of cleaning.
By the way, to the right of the reception desk there is a small table with a computer, behind which two Russian-speaking girls are on duty from morning to evening. With all your problems, you can safely contact them. They are nice, polite, responsive, they solved all the questions with which we turned to them immediately.
We liked the area of the hotel. Lots of pools, two water bars. Every morning we hung out in the aqua bar in the central pool. The bartender's name is Mustafa, they drank delicious cocoa, milkshakes there, made layers of multi-colored juice cocktails for children, made alcoholic cocktails for husbands, sometimes with mint (ala Mojito), sometimes with a circle of orange. In the morning there were few people and we also had time to joke with him, in the afternoon, when there were a lot of people, he certainly was not in the mood for jokes. The attitude towards Russians and other nationalities is the same, but he communicates with the female sex more willingly than with the male))).
Nutrition. The main restaurant cannot boast of a rich choice, but I almost always found food to my liking, however, I will single out VERY LITTLE FRUIT and there were no watermelons at all. The attitude of the waiters towards us was good, everything is very nice, with a smile and polite. We liked the Italian a la carte. Both the service and the food we chose even wrote a review to the reception. It may not be the best a la carte, but at least the best we've seen.

Lobby bar. On the first day, the obvious discrimination against Russians strained, however, when we found out what kind of tips the British give to waiters, everything became clear. In general, if you feel sorry for the tip - stand in line for a drink, if you are too lazy to stand and want the waiters to bring you to the table - give a tip. Everyone was given the same glasses. I received compliments almost every time. And when we became familiar to the bartenders and waiters, and they began to recognize us, they brought us to the table without any tip, the main thing is to be able to ask.
Beach. On the one hand, everything you need is there: a bar, a shower, a toilet, sunbeds, towels, darts and volleyball games, on the other hand, everything is somehow not comfortable (but this is our subjective opinion) probably the fact is that the beach was recently opened Hopefully things will change with time. Entry into the sea along the pier, descent from the pier into the sea was redone at the beginning of our holiday, before that, every day until 12 o’clock they hung out a red flag because of the waves and the inconvenience of descending into the water.
Sea. There are a lot of fish, different ones, corals too, a couple of times we saw a hefty moray eel (2 meters long and as wide as a person) once entirely (she swam right under us), and the second time she was sitting inside the crevice and only her head was visible (the size of mine) , because it was not far from the pier, there was a real stir around this protruding head, some even tried to dive closer to it. Lionfish are often found, and hedgehogs are of all varieties and stripes, so be careful. Near the shore there is an opportunity to flounder aground in almost hot water. I don’t know by what principle the tides occur, but at the beginning of the holiday the water was lower, after three days it rose and the current began, so I don’t advise those who swim poorly and especially children to sail to the left of the pier, it’s better to the right, and the closer to the reef, the less current, it is better to swim above it. A couple of lifebuoys float on ropes in the sea, you can swim holding on to them.
Road to the beach. Taf-taf runs every half an hour, carries only seated passengers, i. e. if there is not enough space, you need to sit on a step, or right on the floor. It’s a 5-minute drive, probably 20 minutes on foot, once we stayed on the beach to watch the sunset and walked back, after sunset it’s normal to walk, but I think that in the heat it’s a rather dubious pleasure.

Animation. I didn't like it. The host is a Russian-speaking girl named Dasha. In general, I am an active person, and usually participate in all entertainment. The first time I went to morning exercises, the almost absence of a Russian translation didn’t bother me at all, because. the exercises are already visible (when a young man joined us, Dasha for some reason took off her T-shirt (hee hee)). The second time I went to aqua aerobics... there were about 8 Russian girls and two English-speaking guys. Aerobics was held in English and mainly for the guys, and we were, as it were, for extras. After that, I didn't go to either. Evening program. The first time they came to the show "Girls against guys" from the girls was a Russian girl and a non-Russian guy from the guys. Leading Dasha played along with the guys throughout the game, despite this, at the end of the game the score was two points higher than the girls, then Dasha reset the score, announced a super game and let the guys win. We did not understand why this happened, because there was practically no translation into Russian. After that, I lost all interest in the evening program, although we went to karaoke again in the evening, we were ashamed of our compatriots, who voiced very miserably against the background of foreigners, but at the end a Russian boy came out far from a heroic physique and wearing glasses, but how he sang the song " Arias”, so much so that already goosebumps, in general, pleased in the end! Seryoga well done! Our children went to the animation for both children and adults every evening. On Fridays, the evening show and hookah move to the main restaurant, and at the end even something like a disco. By the way, there is no disco. Went once to Sunrise Island View Resort. At 23.00, a minibus departs from the main entrance, at 23.15 we were at a disco and for 45 minutes in the bar we had "all inclusive" (until 24.00) then - for money (a glass of juice $ 2). The attitude of the bartenders is disgusting. Otherwise, everything is fine - fun, the music is normal, they also put on Russian songs, the audience, as I understand it, is mostly Russian. At 01.30 we were taken by the same minibus to our hotel.
Souvenirs. For souvenirs, it is better to go to the Jasmine Center (cheaper, cleaner, closer), we were taken by taxi for $ 3, you can take a minibus for a dollar per person. As you walk from the road to the very center, on the right hand there are shops - the second building (across the alley), right after the T-shirts - a shop (has the shape of the letter L) with souvenirs, wonderful guys work there, they will give you hibiscus tea and they will beat the hookah, and for men They will offer vodka, they speak Russian well, they are not greedy, not harmful, they make good discounts (if they treat Parliament vodka, then you know - we gave them this))))
Who cares about leather bags. I met on the Internet fellow travelers from Samara with Sveta and her daughter Anya, they advised us the store of a good friend Mustafa. For $ 3-5, you take a taxi to the Metro store, to the right of it is the Kozha store (and the next bank... it’s hard to get lost), we went 2 times, if the owner Mustafa sells, he throws off very well, but we and his sellers for the second time scammed for good discounts.
In general, the hotel made a good impression, its main advantage is the water park. I deliberately left a story about him, so to speak, "for a snack" the water park is really good. Open from 10.00 to 17.00, the pool with a sea wave has its own schedule. From 2/3 of the slides they roll down on rugs (tourist "foams"), from 1/3 - on circles. Here I will stop in more detail. If the mats are always enough in abundance, then the circles are a clear lack. Usually you come, and if there are no free ones, you wait for someone to roll over and free you. Once there was a case when an English-speaking aunt tried to snatch a circle from my child, and only the fact that he was pretty blown out cooled her ardor. I would not have remembered this incident, if not for the last day before departure. And this is what happened:

By the end of our vacation, either there were more people, or the circles spoiled everything, in general, the lack of circles was felt more strongly. Because it was our last day of rest - it was important for us to ride. The kids and I rode on mats, while our dads were waiting for free laps, after about 30-40 minutes, one double lap and two single laps were free, i. e. for 4 people, our company is 7 people (4 adults and 3 children), I took the kids and we went to the biggest "family" slide, loved by everyone when we moved out - a company of English-speaking people (a person 5 adults and one little girl) led by two employees of the water park, she began to snatch circles from our hands, maybe someone else would have given it away, preferring not to get involved, but not us. Having moved out for the second time, we found that this company was waiting for us, and they again pounced in order to snatch circles from us, shouting that they had a child (that is, our three, no matter how children). Someone with a badge Walid rushed at me with the frenzy of a bulldog, so that two others held him... I threatened him that I would complain to the reception, what he was like, go complain. I gave circles to the second family from our company (it was already a matter of principle) and went to the reception to write a complaint. By the way, we didn’t offend anyone, we tried to explain to these Englishmen and water park workers that there were seven of us, that we had three children, that we had just taken these circles ourselves, that we hadn’t even left yet, to which one of their “lady” she shouted after him: “fucking pig! ”, guys, well, honestly, we are well-mannered people, and we didn’t say obscene words to them (not our style of communication), but then I broke loose and said loudly in her face that it’s a fucking pig... sorry... It’s outrageous that others were riding besides us, but they waited three times for us to roll, either because they were Russians, or because it’s easier for a woman with three children to pull out of her hands - I don’t know. By the way, our child asked for one of these circles for a while (promising to move out and give it back) from other children (like the Germans), I think those children would also be hurt if we could not give it away. So I complained about the reception and my guide, the guide assured me that this Walid would no longer work at this hotel (by the way, the rest of the staff later came up to apologize, and Walid, even realizing that I had written a complaint against him, behaved impudently).
I emphasize that we rested for 11 days, and only once (and I hope the last) such a glaring incident occurred, i. e. all other days we rode the slides with great pleasure, it was generally difficult to get the children out of there. On each slide, there is an employee on duty, who make sure that they roll down the slides correctly and help. Their attitude has always been friendly (always jokes, compliments), so what happened to us on the last day is rather an unfortunate exception. By the way, if anyone goes, please pay attention to whether a young man in sun glasses (ala Rambo) with the name Walid on his badge works in water parks?
Of course, there are quite a few boors among our Russians, and the attitude towards Russians as a whole is often spoiled, be polite, friendly, smile more often and as a rule they will answer you the same, and if you meet people like Walid - complain, it's better than being rude in reply. And circles . . it’s probably better to buy your own, and not bother, if this happened to us at the beginning of the holiday, and not on the last day, we would have done just that.
Summing up, I will say that in spite of everything - the hotel caused generally positive emotions, although we are unlikely to go there the second time.
