We rested from 11/26/09 to 12/03/09 at the SUNRISE TIRANA AQUA PARK 5 * hotel, and I can say that the impressions were wonderful. We went through the "ANEX TOUR", the flight of the airline "WIZZAIR", everything is like a watch! And documents, and tickets and departures on time and there and back, without transfers. We chose a hotel so that it was not far from the sea, so that it was new, and at a price that was not very expensive. When they offered a hotel with an Aquapark, I didn’t think for a long time, as I was traveling with a girlfriend and children.
When checking in, there were problems at the reception, probably this is a characteristic feature of the Arabs, for starters, give a standard room (designed for two vacationers) and it doesn’t matter that there are three or four of you, the beds will be delivered to you. But everything can be sorted out and get a spacious room (even without money, we did it). We were accommodated in the second building overlooking the central pool, at the moment it is better than with a sea view, as there is a view of the wasteland and construction sites.
As for the rooms and service: the rooms are clean, tidy with plasma TVs, air conditioning, minibars and a very good and easy to use safe, there are large mirrors in the room. Bathroom in marble and with constant hot water with good pressure, there is a hair dryer. We were not lucky with the cleaner - even $ 1 did not help. Shampoos and shower gels are not supplied, you have to personally remind about changing towels, and the bed has not been changed even once in a week, I consider this a big minus. After they came to the reception twice and reminded about water, they began to bring 0.5 liters daily for each resident. mineral water.

Water park in the hotel - SUPER!!! ! There are many pools, but only those with slides are heated: 3 for adults (depth 110 cm), and 1 for kids (depth 45 cm). Slides 15 pcs. riding is a pleasure - mats are provided, as well as inflatable circles for wide slides. There are enough sun loungers by the pools and on the beach, it’s not worth borrowing in advance.
The hotel has a second line, it takes about 10 minutes to go to the beach, across the road, through the desert, the vegetation is still being planted. The bus runs every half an hour, sometimes more often, it is open, the child really liked to ride. The beach of this hotel is located near a stunning coral reef, and what a variety of fish there is - a feast for the eyes !!! . I just didn't want to get out of the water. Be sure to take masks and flippers with you, if there are none, then on the beach (on the pontoon) you can ask, and they will give you.
The food at the hotel is good, for every taste and even for the smallest children: fish, meat, vegetables, fruits, pancakes, mousses, ice cream - there is plenty of this, a large selection of sweets and delicious bread. There were no problems with either the stomach or heartburn. On the territory there are 2 A la Carte restaurants (Fish and Italian) - by prior reservation, the restaurants are not so hot, but to say that they were there - you can go.
The beer is good, the rest is alcohol for an amateur. I absolutely did not like alcoholic cocktails, but tasty non-alcoholic juice mixes (which are from packages, the rest is chemistry).
It is also very important to note that the guests in the hotel are mainly Germans, British, French, Russians and Ukrainians, and what was most pleasant for me were KIEV PEOPLE!!!
It is boring in the evening, there is no entertainment program, there is no disco either (the hotel is not yet fully built, perhaps it is in the project). That disco, where the bus takes you from the hotel to another hotel, it's all techno and nothing more. . . It doesn't shine with the repertoire - it's rather weak, DJ! You can really go to Naama Bay, there are shops and entertainment.
Animation is average - they lack fun and drive. And so they try to entertain - darts, volleyball, football, boccia, gymnastics, aqua aerobics, evening shows

And yet, everything that interests you about the hotel, recreation outside it, excursions, the cost of taxi and minibus fares, ask the hotel guide, they will not refuse to help you. We had RAMIL (representative of "ANEX TOUR"), so we tortured him with all sorts of questions. The guy is just smart - kind, sympathetic, answers all questions and at the same time always smiles. A huge THANK YOU to him!!!
In general, I was satisfied with the rest. I hope my review will help someone make a choice.
