Ожидал худшего, но остался очень доволен!!! Expected the worst, but was very pleased!!!

Hello everybody. Before going to rest, I read a lot of reviews, so I definitely want to share my impressions!! ! To begin with, the management of the hotel changes very often, and because of this, last year's vacation at this hotel cannot be compared with the current one. To my great HAPPINESS, the current management has done everything to make the hotel correspond to 5 *. But not everything was perfect, of course. I'll start everything in order.
We arrived at the hotel around 10 am, check-in at 2 pm. It was possible to wait up to two hours, but despite the fact that we did not sleep for a day, and the fact that we had two children 4 and 10 years old with us, we agreed at the reception for 40 bucks to check in immediately. At the reception, local Arabs speak Russian, so there was no problem with that. After we settled in, one of the workers (an Arab) came to us and asked if we had everything, we asked for an extra pillow and in a couple of minutes they brought it to us (which was a pleasant surprise). Then they called us to the room by phone from the reception (girls from Russia), they were also interested in whether everything suits us, if we need an extra bed, blanket or something else. About the workers (from Russia) at the reception, I would like to say separately. The girls are very attentive and always ready to help in solving any problems related to the hotel (fortunately we didn’t have any), we constantly ran to them with our stupid questions)))), they always politely and in detail explained everything to us!
With food, too, everything is in order, especially in the first days, then everything became a little boring. There is a children's menu, and a children's place for meals, my children after and during the meal loved to play there with other children. The restaurant waiters and cooks understand Russian. The restaurant had 2 places where you could come up and what would the chef cook for you, something separately. In the morning it's an omelet with all sorts of toppings of your choice and pancakes. For lunch and dinner it's pasta with different ingredients of your choice. By the way, the main managers always went around the restaurant and checked the work of the attendants. And God forbid that somewhere at the table the plates were not removed, somewhere there were not enough utensils or the food was running out, and they didn’t have time to bring a new one, then it got to the fullest !! ! So in the restaurant the Arabs "rustled" in full. There are several bars on site from where alcohol and juices flowed like a river. In the snack bar in the main pool, they prepared good french fries (as well as on the beach). Pizza and hamburgers were not very good. During the day the kids got ice cream.

The hotel area is not very green, but there is where to walk. But there is a wonderful water park with warm water. For children there is also a children's water park with warm water. And next to the Indian restaurant there is a swimming pool in which the water is also warm. That during the rest in January we were very welcome. In the rest of the pools, the water was cold.
It was better to get to the beach by local bus, since it didn't take long to wait. The walk was too far. The beach is not bad, but it still needs to be brought to mind. On the beach there is a bar with tables and mattresses, loungers where you can lie down and relax while drinking beer. They also cooked fries, dins and sausages, there were always fruits and vegetables. There were enough sun loungers for everyone, we took extra and built barricades from them from the wind.
The animation was..... The girls tried very hard, but it didn’t always work out, because the people didn’t really want to participate. In the evening there was a children's disco and different games that were held in different languages, so that all the children played together. Artists, dancers, magicians came several times. They put on interesting performances. One of the animators was very fond of the children, this is a local Arab youth, they ran after him in a crowd, he entertained them to the fullest.
There are also disadvantages. First, it's an airport. Airplanes are landing, flying over our hotel, and given that the airport is 5 km away, we could see the pilots in the face))) Secondly, this is the lack of life in the hotel after 10 o'clock. There were no adult discos. Although those who wish were taken every night to a disco hotel in an arc. In the third, there are only construction sites near the hotel, and there is no place to walk outside our territory. Some of these minuses are pluses for those who want to relax.
So drawing conclusions, I want to say that the hotel is more suitable for families with children. Personally, me and my wife and children all really enjoyed it. The hotel has changed for the better (this is the conclusion after talking with the animators who worked in it for several months). If the management will do everything for this hotel, with the same positive attitude as now, then it will be comfortable to relax there.
