I can safely recommend this hotel to all future tourists. Rested family - my husband and a child of 8 years. Sea of impressions. We flew from Anex, what can I say . . the only minus is that our flight was delayed for five hours, this is Ukraine))))... and there are NO complaints! The guide from Anex is MISU… a very pleasant young man, he could always be found during working hours from 9-00 to 11-00. We got answers to all questions, always helped in everything. They put us in a room (3115) on the first floor of the back building… it was dumb of course… the door to the toilet didn’t close… the closet doors didn’t open, so we didn’t get to the safe. In the morning we decided to change the room (for 30 dollars). We got a very good room in the main building (1318), everything worked, clean and spacious. They cleaned every day. The boy Akhmet sculpted all sorts of things for 1 dollar....cleaned very carefully. Always cleaning towels.
Nutrition. Since we are in Egypt for the first time, the food is certainly not for everyone, but we always found something to eat. FOOD SEAEEEE. But there is construction on the beach... noisy . . but it didn’t distract us a bit. On the beach there is a bar with snacks and drinks. Lots of bars around the hotel. The staff is ALL friendly. For a week of stay at the hotel, we NEVER ran into rudeness or impudence from the staff. Smile more often)))) In short, everything was great.
