We turned to the reception and with a surcharge ($ 30 even failed to bargain) we were offered room 2329 in the central building. The room is very good, everything works, the view is excellent. But the only thing in front of the door to the room on the floor in the hall was dirty dishes. I didn’t immediately ask to be removed, I thought that they would guess. Ha, naive! The next morning, no one touched this dish. And this hotel is aiming for 5 stars? Until the Arab had poked his nose at this joint, no one would have moved.
We checked into the room, and the suitcases were brought only after half an hour, and then after I called the reception. Nobody is in such a hurry.

At the time of settlement, the percentage of vacationers was approximately the following: British 50%, Arabs 20% Russians (including the CIS) 20% and the remaining 10%. But the food is far from the trump card of the restaurant. I liked Lebanese and Chinese more. True, it is worth saying in a Chinese restaurant a small menu is offensively small. In general, the hotel will not have problems with food. You will be full and there will be no oklimatization.
Sea. Honestly, the beach is one of the Achilles' heels of the hotel. It's okay to go there in a bus, it doesn't matter. Max. wait for the bus 15 min.
But the beach itself is so miserable, that's my word of honor the beach on the construction site. Very noisy. The entrance to the sea for swimming is only through the pier, otherwise the Arab whistles and swears in his own. Soak your feet in water - please, not far from the shore, no further. The flag is red in the morning and yellow in the afternoon. I didn't see the green flag at all. There are not very many fish, I saw more in Hurghada, but there is still something to watch. For a week of rest, we went to the beach no more than 4 times. It's boring there.

Moreover, this service is paid - 15-20 bucks. Those who traveled at least once more for such "services" were not conducted. Children's animation too - I want to cry. Saved only the water park and then quickly tired. The water park was always full of either rugs or circles. Because of what I had to stand in line not for the hill, but for rugs and circles.
Well, now, what I wanted to say to those who are going to go to the hotel. DANGEROUS, THE HOLIDAY IS BLOOMING IN THE HOTEL!!!!! ! ! ! A banknote with a face value of 5.000 rubles was stolen from one woman. , and 300 dollars were stolen from the girls from Saransk from the safe (! ) Be very careful! Recode the codes of the safes, even if you were given the code by the security guard! ! ! They do not specifically say that you can program your own code and you fall for the bait. The girls who were robbed turned to the reception, but no one paid much attention to them. Nobody came to apologize. Even the director, knowing about the state of emergency, did not bother at least to communicate with the girls. Nobody cares at all! A funny answer was given by our guide from the Aneks tour, Basim is his name. He says, what do you want, and so you rest almost for free ...How do you feel about it?

For the whole week in the hotel, we heard about some kind of emergency. Now think about how the devils live in a still pool.
So because of situations like this, the hotel sank very low in my eyes.
