There is a flaw in both the service system and nutrition. Let's start with the fact that when we checked in, they really demanded money from us, supposedly for a good room. had to pay, We arrived early and were tired of waiting for check-in. Subsequently, as it turned out, all the rooms were good, standard and absolutely identical with our number. During the week of our stay, our room was only cleaned twice as it should be. the rest of the time the garbage was not taken out, water and toilet paper were not placed, the floor was not washed, and I made the beds myself. towels changed. further, we signed up for a la carte restaurants, while we were told that we would no longer be able to eat in the main restaurant that evening. which is strange, this is not the first time in Egypt, and even in mediocre "4" there is no such thing, but what if I didn’t like or didn’t like the specific Chinese cuisine and I want to go and eat normal food in the main hotel restaurant. Yes, even with a child. somehow not thought out. and the biggest negative is the animation. not in terms of how they work, but how loudly they do it. especially if the windows go into the field of action. up to 24 hours rumbles so that you can not hear the TV and each other. it was like hell.
