Good day to all!
Finally matured to write a "few words" about my stay in this hotel and in general in Egypt.
Rested from December 24 to December 31. We gathered spontaneously, especially since the price of a ticket from St. Petersburg for two is ridiculous - 23.380 rubles.
Tour operator (TUI) - in general, there are no complaints, everything is quite organized, with the exception of the meeting guide at Sharm el-Sheikh airport, who, instead of handing out questionnaires to fill out, worked as a "regulator" at the check-in desk, where after standing in line for 15 minutes offered to fill out questionnaires for $ 5, since they simply did not give empty questionnaires. I had to agree. They immediately loaded it with a machine for a visa, although I had previously read on the Internet that if you were not going to leave the Sinai Peninsula, then a visa was not needed. In short, they screwed up as the bulk of those who arrived for the first time. $50 down the drain.

Airlines "Kolavia" - on the plane flying back and forth, except for the TUI inscription, there are no more identification marks. Registration was quick, they offered seats at the emergency exit, agreed, did not regret it. When checking back in Sharm, pulling me out of the queue, an Arab from the staff offered $ 50 seats at the emergency exit. We agreed on $20. There were doubts that they could simply cheat with places, since there were others than when flying there. They didn't cheat, just at another emergency exit. Departure in both directions without delay, fed tolerably, during the flight to Egypt, they even treated us to champagne. There are no complaints about the airline, for such money everything is just fine.
It's not far from the airport to the hotel. It was just a forced loss of time due to the fact that our hotel was fifth in line. Until we were taken to the first 4 hotels, we rode with the rest. Local TUI buses are quite dirty inside, chewing gum is stuck everywhere, etc. , which does not do honor to tourists in the first place, and, accordingly, to the meeting party.
Now about the hotel itself.
The move in went horribly. Knowing before from the reviews that in this hotel at the reception they extort money, I was ready for this. Asked $40 for a nice room. Having discussed with the other people who settled from our flight that it was just a robbery, since the time was already more than 14:00 local time, they offered to settle us at least for $ 30 in more decent rooms, according to them. Holding the currency in their hands, they waited in line for settlement. I turned to the released manager in order to expedite the check-in with a request to allocate a good room, referring to the date in the passport to the heap, thereby indicating that it was my birthday today. Along the way, this was my mistake. Depicting "undisguised joy" on his face, the manager invited us to sit down and wait 5 minutes. As a result, after sitting for about twenty minutes, I approached the reception and saw only the back of this friend, hiding in the back room. Then he came out with a detached face and, as if not noticing us, began to settle three Arabs. Realizing that the "holiday" would not work, I approached another manager who had been released, where, once again, having heard about the additional fee, I almost put the malicious $ 30 in his pocket so that they would no longer take out brains and quickly settled. In short, they are starving our brother. Spent at the reception in total about 40 minutes. They settled in after 5 minutes. The porter on the way kept begging for a bottle from Dyutik, but having received $ 3 he safely sailed off. Two joints were immediately found in the room. The air conditioner worked but did not regulate the temperature, the remote control from the TV did not work. They fixed the malfunctions quickly, plus they conjured something with the toilet. The room is pretty good, balcony and all that. The main building, near the reception and restaurant, bar, view of the interior, swimming pools, water park. In addition, I got "the pleasure of a safari", filled up two cockroaches, the bugs could not be found! Cleaned every day, bed linen was not changed even once. A couple of times they made figurines from towels and bedspreads, although $ 1 was left every day. But on the other hand, when they saw a 1.5 liter bottle of water bought in a store, they took pity and instead of the prescribed two, they began to leave three bottles of water. A couple of times stupid with a safe, it was not open. After the call, the master came quickly, did not ask for money, but still received $ 1 for his work.

Airplanes fly overhead around the clock, as the airport is very close. You get used to it.
For nutrition.
In general, it's not bad, but it gets boring very quickly. Already on the third day, I just dreamed of dumplings....
As they wrote above, there is enough food, they are replenished quickly, and the dishes are removed from the tables just as quickly. There are no queues, only for breakfast with scrambled eggs, as they cook it in front of you.
Local alcoholic drinks are more or less tolerable, although I rarely used them, for example, jumping out of the water park slide to avoid oak, since the water is really cold. Few people swam, only if in a heated pool.
Sea.
During the week I swam only a couple - three times, on the rest of the days a red flag hung.
Going to the sea is absolutely not annoying. 3-5 minutes on bass, mostly to the song "Calambia Pictures Doesn't Present", were tolerated very positively. On the first trip along the road, it really froze, the wind was strong. Then they began to take towels at the hotel to throw on the road, although you can take them on the beach. You enter the sea from the pier. You go down a fairly steep staircase, besides without one step, and there is immediately an abyss. The first time I bought it was simple. The water is really salty and holds well on the surface. Then one Russian boy offered me his mask, for which I am immensely grateful to him. I dived and was stunned, as on TV - lie down and watch! Beautiful, do not say anything! My wife never took a swim, she was afraid that there was a great depth at once.
On the same day I went to the city for a mask, plus souvenirs. Arabs are arrogant to disgrace. If you ask the price, they will answer, for example, $ 10 for a real trinket. Will you ask again with a smile -7$? In response - "Are you a fool? !...... Some almost curses are sent to the next if you don't buy something from them. Tin is shorter!

PS: The hotel is really boring, I'm almost forty, but after sunset I really wanted to howl with boredom. A couple of hours of some kind of entertainment, mainly for children, and that's it - lights out. The hotel is rather family, many children. If I hadn't met the guys from Smolensk, it would have been a bad trip.... boring.
A lot of English people. It feels like you are in the zone, since they are all in tattoos, painted from head to toe, and they behave really impudently.
In general, for this money the hotel is very good. Large area, water park, many pools. For young people there will be complete anguish, well, or go in a big company and cleanly come off.
The mentality of the Arabs is not for me personally. I’m unlikely to go to Egypt again, unless again at a ridiculous price and only with a large company.
It is better to save money and go to Thailand again. With Egypt, day and night, the whole atmosphere of Tai cannot be compared with Egypt. 10 to one in favor of Thailand!! ! Well, as they say, to each his own.
I wish you all happy travels!
