My husband and I rested for a week, we took the vacation very unexpectedly, we took the tour last minute, so there was not much choice. The tour operator offered this option, agreed and did not regret it.
True, when checking in, they don’t hesitate to ask 20 bucks for a good room, they gave everything from our check-in, everyone is happy, but it’s up to you. The rooms are normal, the bed is large, the balcony is cool (but on the first floor it’s not very good, everyone walks past, they look into the windows), if something doesn’t work, they quickly respond and fix it. They clean every day, they spin very funny figures from towels, regardless of the tip, but the bed was not changed. Of all the means in the room - liquid soap, it is also shower gel and body lotion, that's all.
The hotel area is large and well-groomed, though the second line (the first one is under construction), to the sea 3 minutes by free bus, runs every 15 minutes. The beach is normally equipped, cozy, the entrance to the sea from the pontoon. There are many pools on the territory, the slides are good (from 12 to 17:00), the mini-aqua park is cool for kids. True, there is only 1 heated pool and a children's pool, i. e. on slides in cool water you can’t splash for a long time (in winter).

The choice of food is excellent, everything is delicious, fresh, and fruits, and desserts, pastries are super, every dinner has a different "theme" of the kitchen. You can visit each of the 5 a la carte restaurants 1 more time during your stay for free. We were only in Italian - very tasty, but Chinese and Indian are suitable only for lovers (keep in mind that if you sign up for a la carte, they won’t let you into the main restaurant for dinner, although they don’t check after 21:00... ) . There is also a snack on the beach and near the pool for the lazy or always hungry))), delicious ice cream every day for free.
Animation, although not at the highest level, but it IS, it will not be boring, all day long, and evening shows every day. There is also good live music in the lobby in the evenings.
All the staff are very friendly, smiling, everyone is trying, almost everyone speaks a little Russian.
All this splendor has one, but a big MINUS is the lack of free wi-fi !!!! ! And not only is it not free, and not even expensive, but sooooo expensive! 1 hour - $7.1 day - $13. You can buy 3G cards for $24. But we didn’t spend money, but we still used it on the ball, either in the city, or in Soho (it’s beautiful there), on a yacht on excursions, almost everywhere except the hotel)))!
In general, the impressions are very good, the hotel justifies its stars! And most importantly, for everything to be fine - be in a good mood and a positive attitude : )))
