УЖАС, КОШМАР.......... HORROR, NIGHTMARE..........

Whoever is going to spend their long-awaited vacation in this hotel, I recommend not to do this !!!!!!!!!!! ! we were unlucky and we got there ((We traveled with a group of six people, had a rest (if it can be called a vacation) in May 2012, we decided to fly away spontaneously, bought a tour and flew out a day later. No claims to the agency, because we chose Packing our bags, we read the reviews, we were shocked, but we knew that by any means you need to check in only in Jasmine...... but. . . 30, two very pleasant young men met us at the reception, we began to ask for 3 rooms in Jasmine, but alas, they said that all the rooms were occupied (although we gave $) and then added that we would come the next day at lunch. in Rosetta. . a nightmare, the territory of the hotel is disgusting, the rooms are fuuuuu, everything is dirty, the bed is not the first freshness, just terrible, not to mention the air conditioner of the 80s and the same (empty! ) refrigerator, they rumbled louder one another! we are all not the first time in Egypt, so there is something to compare with and I am not exaggerating at all! the restaurant in Rosetta is disgusting, at dinner we got eyes on our foreheads) there was nothing to eat, with drinks the same story, one plastic! a glass in hand, poured by an inexperienced "bartender"! Moreover, even a banana could not be taken out of the restaurant, they told us to eat here, but you can’t take anything with you !!!!!! ! with the mood at zero, we went to see the territory of Jasmine, at first glance completely opposite to Rosetta, we met a compatriot almost at the entrance (thank you so much Boris !!! ), he showed us his number, which was very different from ours and advised us to bother the boys at the reception, so that we could be moved, which we, in principle, immediately took up (of course, the female half of our company). But, it's not so simple and easy. . oh well, we gave $ 40 per room at the reception, they cut off our bracelets, gave us the keys to the rooms in jasmine and told us to go and drag the suitcases ourselves and move, we are not proud - bags in the mouth and running out of the rosette. Moreover, the hotel employees reminded us that this is a military secret and they should not relocate us, quietly giving other bracelets in an envelope)! The restaurant in jasmine is much better, but the staff is unfortunately the same "cattle" (sorry, but I didn’t pick a softer word). It takes 20-25 minutes to go to the beach, but first you need to go to the reception at the rosette and take cards, they give towels in exchange for them, while you go to the sea you can go crazy in such heat ((I was pleased with the warm, clear sea, just a fairy tale, but the beach is very small, the sunbeds are on top of each other, the bar is paid (you can’t wait for drinks by the pool at the hotel either, everything is only for the Germans and the British, and we don’t seem to be paying the same money ! ! Once again I want to say about the hotel staff, disgusting boors who just give a tip, and they take it and immediately forget about you!!! In this hotel, the only plus is the animation, many thanks to Julia, Tatiana, Fabio and Mado! the hotel is not a foot, it is still a nightmare for all of us !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !
