I stayed from September 25.2026, to October 2.2026. We arrived in the evening around 9:00 PM and went straight down to the restaurant to have a bite. Afterwards, we checked into room 916, which was beautifully decorated and worked perfectly. By the way, Wi-Fi works throughout the hotel and in the rooms. The staff is very friendly and always interested in what you need. The food is good, and special thanks to Chef Saad for the delicious pasta with pesto. There was a bit of a mix-up with the alcohol (some bartenders made cocktails for free, while others charged). There is a professional coffee machine, but you have to pay $2 for coffee, but they don't know how to make it. We made our own. The beach is across the road, a leisurely 5-minute walk away. The entrance is gently sloping, the sand is fine, there are corals, and the sea is gorgeous. You can swim without coral reefs. Be sure to bring a mask; there are tons of fish, even near the shore. The beach bar is mostly a paid service (only water is free). There are snacks, but we went to the restaurant. The entertainment staff is very helpful, constantly offering fun games, exercise, and dancing. There are also shows in the evenings, followed by a disco. There are two swimming pools on site. The location in Naama Bay is great, with shops, the market, and the promenade within walking distance. We didn't spend any money on taxis, except for the trip to the Old Town.
The only downside was the cleaning staff; they didn't change the towels, and the toilet paper wasn't refilled, even though we left $1 and a chocolate bar—he took it. The refrigerator wasn't even cleaned once, and it was working poorly. After a scolding, everything was fixed, but the feeling was still a bit off.
Overall, I'm happy, I recommend it, and I've even come back again.
