We had a family vacation at the Tropitel Naama Bay hotel. Before choosing this hotel, we read a lot of reviews on different sites and everywhere this hotel had a very good rating, which we fell for. In fact, none of the reviews were true. The main disadvantages of this hotel:
- The rooms are very old, it feels like they haven't been renovated since they opened.
- Room cleaning as such is not at all, every time you need to ask to be cleaned, or put hygiene products.
- Food is generally a separate issue. The dishes were all dirty and had an unpleasant smell. On the third day, everyone was upset, and the husband spent the whole day in a room with a temperature of 39 and ended up in the hospital where he was diagnosed with gastroenteritis. The people who came with us had the same problems.
Arabs are everywhere. More than 80% of the hotel's guests are Arabs who jostle on the beach at the bar.
