On the good side, the food is nothing like that, monotonous, but you can always choose something.
Minuses:

1. We paid the operator for a room with a sea view, superior (better than a regular room). It turned out that in this hotel there are no such rooms, we overpaid in vain. It is still unknown whether such numbers exist. Upon arrival, they complained to the operator CORAL, they said that the hotel replied "Tourists were accommodated in a room according to the voucher, with a view of the sea. " The photo from our room, sent to them, did not help... It is clearly visible there that we have a view of another cottage. Terrible, I wanted a sea view. . . romance in honor of the holiday. They lie blatantly, no one is interested in anything. CORAL also did not particularly understand the situation, they do not care about tourists. Earned and fine.
2. Superior room - I don’t know what is better about this room, the whole bed is in spools, they settled with a dirty bathroom and hair in the bathroom....they tried to spoil the trip as best they could... The bar is empty....generally empty, not even water was . . Paid, any...
3. Regarding the holiday, this is the first hotel that did not react at all to the guest's birthday, no postcards, no fruit... nothing... barely persuaded the room service to bring a cake for payment.
4. Hotel guides are unfriendly, arrogant, cunning, they deliberately behave like complete, excuse me, morons....
When they were waiting for their transfer to the airport, they asked 20 times where he was, how long he was delayed, no one even called to find out....they smiled maliciously and seemed to hope that we would be late for the plane. The transfer was delayed by 40 minutes if not more, check-in was already starting....
5. Important... The beach... they made a station for boats and boats... gasoline deposits on the water - EVERYWHERE! and it stinks every time these boats sailed or sailed away, and it was constant, from this stench from motors we went to other beaches, including paid ones.
Nightmare.
You can go on a long-awaited vacation, pay for a sea view, for a superior room. . . and end up in terrible conditions. . . and no one is responsible for it. It is a pity that we went there, disappointed.
