Another in its details. We went to a brand new hotel, opened in 2019, which at the time of our visit was barely three weeks. Only 6 reviews on Booking from Arab guests gave a very limited idea of ​ ​ what was expected. That's why for us it became an acquaintance with the Arab hotel service. And now, we apologize for the "many letters". I just want to describe everything you saw and felt while relaxing at the Tropitel Waves Naama Bay Hotel.
First impressions.
Arrived at the hotel at about 11 local time. The road from the summer really took 15 minutes, and we were the first in the transfer.

The hotel was greeted by snow-white walls and icy coolness with a malty aroma and cold steel with high-tech notes of hall design. English- or, if desired, Russian-speaking receptionists registered the settlement in a matter of minutes and asked them to wait a bit. Sitting down at a table near the bar on the ground floor, sipping soft drinks, we did not feel like a hotel manager came down behind us with an offer to read the room. The surprise was that the room looked real, because in the photos posted by the hotel on the Internet. We stayed in an apartment on the ground floor with access to the terrace. Daily. With daily changing of sheets and pillowcases and change of towels. There was also the traditional teaching of swans, hearts and elephants from towels and filling the room with a bath with flower petals. A little advice.

There are three pools. Wave, pool with slides and ordinary, up to one and a half meters deep. The waves are turned on for 15 minutes at the beginning of each hour. The rest of the pools are open during the day (ie from 10 am to 6 pm). Sunbeds under umbrellas are three times more than vacationers. There is a poolside snack bar with refreshments and a coffee machine. If you wish, you can enjoy regular cocktails mixed with local alcohol.
Grass, flowers and small palm trees (it is logical that they simply did not have an hour for large growths). It is clear that you will not be able to hide from the scorching sun in the natural shade.
Internet.

Wi-Fi access in the lobby. At the reception you will be offered a paper with a login and password for access to 600 MB. Internet for 48 years per guest. Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms and on site. Although we didn't care at all, because we bought seven local operators at the airport.
Personnel.
I was pleasantly surprised by the serious attitude to the personal safety of vacationers. The perimeter and territory of the hotel were under round-the-clock surveillance of security guards, and swimming pools - lifeguards. Friends from a nearby hotel were only allowed to visit us for literally five minutes. It happened that our daughter alone splashed in the pool, under the supervision of 3 rescuers))). Food.
She is different. Different than in Turkish hotels. Less diverse. Perhaps more local-oriented. But. We really "came off" on their soups. In addition to the traditional cream soup, you can choose a soup with a more classic recipe for the mentality of our stomach - with pieces of vegetables, meat and seafood. Yes, there was even borsch! Almost like our ladies cook. There were also stuffed cabbage. Necessarily fig.
Large selection of potato dishes. Meat - lamb, beef, chicken, turkey. Both grilled and stewed with vegetables. Seafood Vegetables are standard. Fruits - melons, watermelons, peaches, apples, dates. Large selection of desserts (though, unfortunately, we are not sweet and did not appreciate the Arabic delicacies). Surprised, for some reason, the lack of pancakes in the morning. Ice cream pay.
Drinks.

Local alcohol in bars and restaurants is free. Export - paid. Bottled beer - too. Soft drinks - Pepsi family, tonic, mineral water and powdered juices. Coffee with machine. Tea - packaging. Orange juice - 2 dollars (or 25 pounds). Hookah - $ 4.
Guests.
When we arrived, we immediately had a question: “Where are the vacationers? ». In the first days we saw only a dozen guests. 80 percent are locals and residents of neighboring Saudi Arabia.
At the beginning of the holiday in addition to us in the hotel was a couple from Belarus, as well as several Italians. In about a week the Slavic image increased. Although, if you suddenly need to take a break from your own - these are the ones! "Our" there really are not many.
Entertainment.
It is clear that the entertainment program is formed under the environment. Therefore, every night there were songs about habibi. Although, the entertainment team is well done! With a severe shortage of vacationers, they tried their best to excite us with karaoke, competitions, aqua aerobics, yoga and beach entertainment. Rest by the sea.
Objectively speaking, the hotel is located on the third line. You can get to the sea in two ways - by bus or on your own.
From the doorstep to the entrance to the beach is not a leisurely walk 12 minutes. By hotel shuttle you will reach the sea in 5 minutes, and vice versa, bypassing one-way streets - in 10. Air-conditioned bus runs 5 times a day in each direction. Therefore, without small children, we preferred walking. The beach is crowded. Designed for two hotels. Although there have never been any problems with sunbeds. 2/3 - maximum filling. Towels - for hotel cards. The sunset in the sea is sandy and very gentle. Fish are playing near the shore. There were almost no jellyfish. A huge disadvantage is the nearby pontoon to which boats moor. So beware of screws right after the buoys.
