The hotel was selected for us by a tour operator, for the first trip abroad, in principle, we were quite satisfied. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were met by hospitable guys from the reception, decorated and escorted to the room, regarding the room it was cozy, plasma, Wi-Fi, shower, large bed, but dirty, even a daily visit to our room by cleaning staff, and symbolically left a dollar, this problem was not particularly solved, for 6 days of rest the floors were wiped 1 time (fortunately there were slippers)? which, when checking in, I had to ask in broken English)))) the dust was not wiped off at all, but these are trifles)
The territory is quite good for relaxing, the pools are excellent, the animators are smart Laysan, Olya, Veronika, the girls are especially remembered) they constantly know how to cheer up.
In general, all the staff are smart in the sense that everyone asks how things are, for everyone we became good friends during our vacation, everyone had their own approach to us.

Despite the fact that, in principle, there are few Russian-speaking staff, we absolutely found a common language with everyone)))
Of course, a little bit embarrassed that the beach area is too small for two hotels, but the sea, it's cool)
The food is good, you definitely won't leave hungry. In terms of drinking, the beer is delicious, cocktails, in principle, are also nothing)
Regarding excursions with guides, it’s certainly expensive and it’s clear why, it’s cheaper to take on the street, but everywhere you need to bargain with everyone, seeing that we are tourists, everyone wants to get rich and this is natural))))
When checking out, since we were leaving early, they gave us dry rations with us)
In general, we were satisfied with the rest)
