They cleaned cleanly / gave chocolates to the cleaner. Wi-Fi was paid everywhere, $ 5, practically did not work, at the reception they said to run around the hotel and catch it.
Nutrition. At first, 2 days seemed normal, then such monotony was pretty tired. And most importantly, many tourists poisoned themselves, drank coal. There was diarrhea, nausea and chills, some had a rash and a complete loss of appetite. It was said that the matter was in the water for tea and coffee. The dishes are almost all broken, poorly washed, paper napkins only under the plate, not a single new one, stained and crumpled. Removed quickly. The food is very fresh, there is no assortment.

Breakfast - rolls / not tasty /, take eggs, you need to stand in line until they are fried, the oil stinks throughout the dining room. Vegetables, there were frozen cucumbers, yogurt / obviously palm-like / like slime, yuppies (like fruit juice) are added to fruit salad for taste. It is impossible to drink tea, coffee, the water stinks. Instead of milk, a dry substitute is bred with water.
Lunch and dinner _ often liver, sometimes chicken, the fish was awful/looked like pangasius, greasy and tasted terrible. Side dishes, soup, vegetables, salads. Desserts are ordinary, but knowing what they are from, they did not eat. Almost everything in the hotel is based on palm fat (cheese, cream, creams).
The territory of the hotel. Small, cozy. Mosquitoes and flies darkness. When we arrived a year ago, mosquitoes were poisoned by smoke. Now do not poison mosquitoes VERY much! Right on the lawn is an open cage with poisoned sausage for killing cats. With me, one cat died in furious agony, the woman saw and screamed at the whole hotel, I could not stand it and ran away. And the men told that they went to eat, and when they sat down at the table, they stepped on something, then they saw a dead cat, around his feces. They asked to clean up, but the workers were in no hurry, as a result, the feces were not even washed away. The constant smell of dead meat and the abundance of flies, which apparently carry infections. Believe me, it was very hard for us to rest, being afraid of where these flies and mosquitoes were before.
Beach. Dirty water, apparently due to the drain pipe and the abundance of boats in the bay, a lot of garbage. The sun loungers are worn out, as are the mattresses. The towels are very dilapidated, often not fresh, once it even stank so much that I could not take it back with my bare hands. The music on the beach is wildly loud. There is a charge, you can’t play volleyball without an animator. Bar all on the beach paid. Max's dogs defecate right on the beach, you have to run and ask to be cleaned. Flies, lots of flies. They don’t change the bags in the bins, just with their bare hands, in front of me, the guy who gave out the towels took out the garbage from a large bag. And the remains of multi-day garbage attract flies.

Staff. Khamsky. There were a couple of people adequate, the rest are very unfriendly. It takes a long time to retell all the stories, but everything about the attitude and threats in the rest of the reviews is true. We lived across the room from the owner of the hotel, and every night the screams and moans of the girls could be heard from there. Everyone is very closely watching the tourists and eavesdropping.
Entertainment. In the evenings, the hotel has dull competitions, disco 80s, at 10 everything is already dying.
Conclusion. Many in the hotel have not seen such horror. What are 4 stars? We barely survived. We sincerely wish they closed, for for the price we paid we could spend a couple of days less at the Hilton.
