Все ужасно!!!!!!! Everything is terrible!!!!!!

We arrived at the hotel at 8 am, the impressions were immediately terrible. There is no water at the reception, we were allowed to go to the restaurant and get some water in a plastic cup no more... we were hungry from the road, tired, we thought they would feed us... but they fed us at lunch. The hotel is not all inclusive, but 3 meals a day (although it is indicated everywhere that all inclusive). Breakfast from 7-9, lunch from 13-15, dinner from 19-21. And whoever did not have time, he goes hungry. No snacks during the day. . .
We were with a child (10 years old), went hungry. You can’t fill a bottle with water, they start screaming, only into a glass, and one glass in your hands. People went to the old city to buy bottled water for themselves.
The food is disgusting, we were 11 days and the menu was the same every day. Buryak, carrot, scrambled eggs, pasta, chicken, etc... also what you can eat at home. Only oranges and dates from fruits, jelly for dessert. (Food made me vomit) The cook puts chicken leg and fish in one piece no more . . The fish stinks, such an impression that they poured urine on it. It is impossible to eat.

Sea: for those who eat with children, it is quite normal, sand is everywhere, not deep. There are no corals....BUT !!! ! This is a bay, a bay for ships, when the sea is stormy, all ships come together and it is unrealistic to swim in the sea, as it starts to stink, garbage floats everywhere. Swamp!
The room is normal, but the furniture is old, the TV is antediluvian, the air conditioner is tin, when you turn it on, it feels like a tractor has started up. Cleaned up every day.
There is no doctor in the hotel. My husband had health problems, he got sick at night, there was no water, while they were waiting for an ambulance on insurance, at the reception they say that there is no water, but you can buy 1.5 liters from them for 15 dollars. Horror!!! ! After our indignation we were given a bottle of water for free.
For what we paid money, I don’t know....It’s elementary, you can’t get water from them, in a hot country where there’s no way without water.
They check out at 12.00, after that they cut off the bracelet, and you can walk around the territory, but you have no right to eat and drink, since you are without a bracelet. We had to extend the room until 18.00 for 20 dollars, as the transfer to the airport was in the evening. And it’s unbearable to be outside at lunchtime, it’s hot, plus my child and my husband have health problems.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL.
The whole vacation is down the drain.
People !!! ! do not buy a ticket to this hotel!! ! you will regret it!!!
