The hotel is good for a family holiday, but the attitude towards customers is disgusting for any money!! ! The furniture in the room is old, but you can see that they are watching it. Cleaning is not very, clean all the men. In the bathroom, soap and shampoo, toilet paper were reported as used, towels are changed every day, plumbing is in a satisfactory condition. There is no laundry, nowhere to dry things, only on terrace chairs or railings, if the room is on the 2nd floor. The pool is good and clean. The beach is sandy across the road, the water is unclear, but there is nothing interesting there, there is no reef. The beach is open until 18:00. There is also a parking lot of boats nearby, garbage and fuel spills often float on the surface of the water, I didn’t always want to swim. Many Arabs rest with their families, but no one interferes with anyone. There is no animation, there is nothing to do with children and adults cannot dance.
They check in almost quickly, we were so lucky! , but others were forced to wait for 40 minutes. The porter hints at a $1 tip. Immediately give out the key to the room and the map for towels for the beach. Towels are old and filthy, just lie down on a sun lounger. Other hotels have seen clean and fluffy.
In the dining room, the food is monotonous, we had a "breakfast-dinner" base. They give very little meat, only pastries and everything flour helps out. Everything is on the buffet. I liked only pudding and jelly. From fruits - only overripe oranges, for decoration - melon. Cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage - always. Two types of cheese, salted cottage cheese - saved at breakfast. Omelet or fried eggs for breakfast is strictly one egg per person. No stomach pain! There is no bottled drinking water in the room, only in the dining room. Bottles are not allowed. If you only have a "breakfast-dinner" base, then for dinner you will not be given tea, coffee, or a drink, only water. Alcohol will not be provided at all. Those who had "all inclusive" had coffee, tea and sodas for dinner without restriction, and with alcohol it is difficult, and even the cheapest, the bartender often runs away from behind the bar. There is a bar by the pool, but there are also cocktails only for those who have "all inclusive". Drinking water is difficult. Everyone goes to the mini market. It is more profitable to buy 5 liters for $3.5-5 than 1.5 liters for $2. Or when you're in Soho Square, there's a 5L mini market for $2.50.

The hotel is conveniently located to the "old market", no need to go, everything is on foot, you can buy everything there. Actually, there’s nothing to buy there... I saved the Fares fish restaurant, but it’s a little expensive to eat there (a hearty lunch for 2 adults cost an average of $ 44-47) and until you get to the restaurant, not very pleasant impressions from smells, taxis and annoying sellers shops.
I absolutely agree with the previous review....Everything was so. This is my first time in Egypt and I was disappointed with such a holiday. I thought that it was worse in Tae, now I think differently... ))))
