FEEDBACK ABOUT Partner Turquoise 4*

Upon arrival at the hotel, they beg for money and for the fact that we carried all the bags to the room ourselves. Then there was confusion with the rooms, they settled in one, after 5 minutes, if you please, in another ...
The situation in the room is terrible, the furniture is all shabby, the bed is almost falling apart, the legs on which it stood are all clogged with nails ...
(for example, in the same year we rested in SOCHI, in a boarding house, where the rooms are MANY BIGGER and more comfortable, well-groomed than in this hotel), there is dust and dirt all around. (there was even dust when we first arrived, and when we left, it was even more).
The air conditioner had apparently not been cleaned since the time it was installed in the rooms ...when you turned it on, it was problematic to breathe, it started to stink so much that you wanted to cough.

The food at first seemed varied, but when every day in the morning you eat only scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, you become "angry", by dinner you really wanted to eat.
As for the beach, because
we have never been abroad, having come to the beach at the hotel, at first we liked everything, however, having swum for the first time and seeing sewer pipes under water 10 meters from the shore, our opinion changed dramatically ...
Only when we went to the wild beach, we were able to truly appreciate the beauty of the red sea.
2 times a week, 30 meters from the hotel, there was a disco on the beach at 11 pm and until the morning. It rattled so that it was simply impossible to sleep, provided that we were in the farthest building ...(by the way, the entrance to the disco is $ 20).
The pool at the hotel is very cold, for all the time no one swam, only sunbathed on sunbeds.

In the room, when someone from above goes to the toilet, on the 1st floor (where we were) it started to flow from the toilet, and immediately there was such a smell that we just had to run outside.
The next day, the flood repeated, we came to the reception, and they told us that we ourselves were to blame, that they drowned a piece of paper in the toilet (literally, they said so), but still reluctantly called a cleaner who wielded a vantus for a couple of minutes and sort of fixed everything, however , after 10 minutes the flood began, the water from the toilet began not to pour in a small stream, but to pour out of the toilet in a large stream, we called those same chicks who were operating with a vantus, they came running, began to run around the toilet bowl, yelling something in their own language to each other , the mood fell just below nowhere.
When the elements of the flood were neutralized, one of them came up and the only Russian word said: “Remove? »
I thought I was going to kill him...but I said "YES, GET OUT! "
After that, he again went somewhere, and we are sitting in the room waiting ...
After 40 minutes, he nevertheless deigned to come, as usual, shook the bed cover a little with dirty hands, quickly swept the floor and left.

(Apparently, in order to wait for the change of linen on the bed, the cancer should whistle on the mountain, but unfortunately for the 2 weeks that we were there, this same CANCER for some reason did not whistle on its mountain. )
A huge minus is that 90% of the hotel workers do not understand Russian!
If you call the information desk by phone, then you had to communicate not in Russian, but in English, and even then they did not immediately understand.
Bottom line: the hotel is clearly not 4 stars, and certainly not 3…. Maximum 2 or even 1. (Apparently the hotel has 4 stars since its construction)

YES, and one more thing, the travel agency did not warn us that next to the hotel, more precisely, 10 meters from the rooms, construction is going on at the initial stage, all the dust and dirt through the doors, which, by the way, except for a chain-latch, nothing more on what they didn’t close, all the dust got into the rooms and people breathed this muck. There was also a roar from the equipment that was digging something at this very construction site.
Of the positive impressions, only the "wild beach", which was a 15-minute walk from the hotel.
