The first time we rested in Egypt, the hotel was advised to us by a travel agency. When we bought the tour, we found a bunch of negative reviews about the hotel and were horrified. However, when they arrived at the place, they discovered that everything was not as terrible as people write.
The food is monotonous, but everyone ate and no one remained hungry. Breakfast - scrambled eggs (on request, they can fry fried eggs from at least 4 eggs), fried vegetables, falafel, puffs, pastries, vegetables. Lunch - soup, rice, pasta, potatoes, vegetables and always fish plus meat. Dinner is generally a bomb, there was often a barbecue menu. It’s a problem with drinks, they’re scary, looking around the dining room with appearance and habits really resembles the villain Jafar from Aladdin.
The territory is small, but clean, very green, flowers grow and flowering shrubs. The pool is not heated, but during the day you can dive and swim. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were cleaned and the towels changed every day. Most importantly - THE BEACH! It is across the road, moreover, a specially trained person helps to cross the road, stops cars and accompanies tourists. Russian is understood, there is no discomfort. Composition - Ukrainians 70%, and equally Belarusians and Kazakhs. There is no Russian world at all.

The beach is ideal for children - a gentle entrance and no injury hazards. Near the Old City and the mosque, the mournful Alla Akbar, rushing from there 10 times a day, at first they strain, and then you get used to it. Nearby is a reef with a gentle entrance and a mass of fish and corals. There is practically no wind. And most importantly, everything is very cheap - I don’t understand what the Egyptians generally earn.
We flew back with people from 5 * - they complained about bad beaches. I would like to come to Turkuaz again - a quiet hotel for a quiet family vacation.
