We flew with friends (6 people) in March 2021 from Moscow via Cairo. By bus from Cairo to the hotel about 8 hours. Pretty hard, but tolerable. The hotel is practically the first at the entrance to the city. The hotel area is small, there is nowhere to walk, a small pool, suitable for both children (there is a paddling pool) and adults (depth 160cm or a little more) - you can carefully dive. Drinks are served at the pool bar during the day. We were all given rooms for 3 couples on the 1st floor. At the reception, they offered to accommodate us all nearby (the hotel was 60% or more empty), of course, for an extra charge, but we refused. The distance of 20-25 meters between the rooms did not frighten us, the hotel is small. All rooms are the same, with slight differences: No. 210 - there is a small bath, No. 303 (mine) - a shower room with glass walls, No. 310 - a shower room with curtains. I did not see any other differences between the numbers.
Each room has a free safe (I did not use it), there is a hair dryer, you can call friends' numbers for free on the phone, which we often used. The room has a large mirror in the bathroom and living room, a mini-fridge, a lamp TV with a couple of Russian channels, a well-functioning air conditioner, thin hard pillows, towels for a number of pieces 6 - in good condition. Only a small piece of ordinary soap is put in the shower - there is no liquid soap, shampoo and shower gel, so take it with you. Although I mostly washed myself with hotel soap and it didn’t give me any problems. When booking, I indicated that I needed a double bed, I often saw that before entering the rooms they changed the beds (2 singles or doubles) - service guys! )) By the way, the beds creak like that. Each room has access to the garden (or balcony on the 2nd floor) - it's very convenient.
The buildings are two-story, all windows look towards the sea, but the sea is almost invisible from the 1st floor, so it is preferable to take a room on the 2nd floor. Also on the 2nd floor, if the neighbors walk, then the tramp is decently heard. Another building is being built behind the hotel, but this building will not be finished in the next year or two. By the way, you can quietly climb the mountain behind the hotel by the building under construction. From there, a gorgeous view of Sharm and 2 bays opens: Sharm el Maya (where our beach is) and Sharm el Mina (where there is a port and from where yacht excursions start). They cleaned my room on request - hung a sign on the door. Always cleaned up promptly. Once I forgot to close my suitcase, on the day of cleaning, there was money in my wallet - I did not find it missing.

There is no animation at the hotel, there is nothing for people to do with children there. The main contingent of vacationers at that time were residents of Ukraine, but they were generally few, there were practically no Russians except for the six of us.
Another important point - we were simply devoured by mosquitoes. This is not a hotel problem by itself, it's just that in March and April there are a lot of bloodsuckers in Sharm and we all went bitten (mostly legs), although in the room I regularly smoked with an anti-mosquito plate.

I'll tell you a little about the beach: it's across the road, often the guard helped us cross this road, although we didn't ask him about it. One of the guards - a small evil boy - Mohammed - a very bad person. I hope he gets fired, he spoiled our vacation, followed us, cast malicious glances. And all because of the metal detector - I tried to look for coins on the beach in the sand and it turned into a scandal. Mohammed informed the director of the hotel, called from the reception to the representative office of the Tez tour, the director of the Tez tour in Sharm came to the hotel, talked with the director. This same Magomed sang that we are Russian spies and represent a national threat to Egypt.
Well, of course - we will remove all the garbage from the sand - this is a mess! As a result, I had to give the metal detector to the reception and it was returned to me only before leaving. The guard threatened the police.

But back to the beach: dense yellow sand, old wooden sunbeds, some broken, towels are issued on the beach on cards, they are allowed to stay on the beach only until 17:00. Then the Arabs have some kind of prayer there, and in short, they try not to let people go to the beach. We had to go to our beach through the neighboring ones. The entrance to the sea is gentle, there are no stones and other obstacles. On the right on the beach they sell water activities: 10 bucks from the nose for a parachute (flight 4-5 minutes) - together up to 150kg total weight, 3 bucks for a banana (5-6 blinks skating) if 5 people, 5 bucks a tablet (we asked for extreme sports and we had a very cool ride, with a coup) - three of us. All listed prices after the auction, initially asking for more. There are no corals near the beach.
We went to an abandoned military base on a wild beach (where the bay flows into the sea) - the coast is to the right of the hotel if you stand facing the sea. It's full of coral! They also swam there on a catamaran (which is with a slide), rent for 1 hour 8 bucks. Withstood 6 people, although the beach workers were indignant that there would be an overload. But the benefit is not drowned) Internet in the hotel only in the lobby, paid. I did not recognize the price, they bought a local SIM card and distributed it to friends. By the way, local traffic is somehow strange, it is spent at space speed, keep this in mind.

I made several reviews on youtube about this hotel, take a look:

It takes 7-8 minutes to walk from the hotel to the old town (or the Old Market). If you go to Cairo, then near the pyramids there are good prices for souvenirs, but the booth reigning there discourages all desire to shop.
By the way, we were lucky with the rest - there were no winds at all, only on the last day a dust storm began, the wind rose (that the metal umbrella on the hotel beach fell, fortunately no one was hurt) and it became cooler. And so there was a complete calm in general, the air temperature was 27-29, the water was 22-23.

If you are not picky, want to save a budget and go to relax and not hang out at the hotel, then as a place to stay and a starting point for excursions, this hotel is ideal.
