In our case, we arrived with a guy, were polite, said thank you, smiled, and absolutely all the staff seemed to us friendly, smiling and polite. Next, cleaning. Every day I left 10 pounds (less than $ 1) and cleaned perfectly, they did not forget to put towels and other accessories. I think 10 pounds can be left if you have requirements for cleanliness. If you do not leave, they will take away from you, but they may forget to bring something. . . if we get lucky. As for food, there is a choice, but not a huge one. Whoever needs to eat every day, like at a banquet, then you are not here. There were tasteless dishes, but we always found something tasty and were always full. Alcohol is naturally not of very high quality, but many drink) Now the hotel itself. Since the repair was done a long time ago, there are scuffs in some places. . . But, nevertheless, the furniture is beautiful and tastefully furnished, the rooms are spacious. When you check in, you can ask for a room by the main pool (we liked them better), it will be closer to the reception and I liked the view more, very comfortable! But loud music plays there all day and until 23, for us it was a plus, we liked to lie by the pool with modern hits) But who needs silence, ask for a room in the buildings further away, by the second pool. If questions or problems arise, they go forward and solve them, most importantly, be polite. There is animation, the girl Zina arranges darts, water aerobics, etc. , and in the evening she dances with the team with children and then with adults) Sometimes in the evening karaoke or contests, sometimes just a disco. Everything ends at 23. Now the beach. A free shuttle takes guests to the beach 2 times a day. It takes about 7 minutes to drive. But suddenly you want to go earlier or stay longer on the beach, a taxi to the hotel is only $ 1! The beach itself is sandy, the sunset is pleasant, on the right is a pontoon with good coral, where people are even brought from other hotels for snorkeling. The road to the beach - steps through the famous lounge bar Farsha. The views are amazing, the photos are amazing! The bar itself is worth a visit at least once, in the dark, a lot of lights create a pleasant atmosphere! In general, if you have found a good offer for this hotel and you do not have high expectations, then you can go and have a lot of fun! We loved it there and would go back!
