Ужасно грязный отель!!! Terribly dirty hotel!!!

We were in the hotel with two children aged 15 and 11. My friend stayed with us with her 4 year old daughter. I want to say right away that we rested in Egypt for the first time and entrusted the choice of the hotel to the relatives of my friend.
We got our first impression of the hotel from the windows of the bus. It looks like a small but white hotel. We were even glad that the photos correspond to reality. But they were immediately disappointed. When we were at the reception, the sight of an old decrepit counter, greasy, apparently never washed door glass, the stench of wet sofas and the lack of air conditioning, shocked us! Do you think we were kindly accommodated after 24 hours of travel? After persistent persuasion, nothing has changed. Tired and disappointed, we just decided to accept and wait.
The rooms are dirty, the bed linen apparently "forgot" to be changed and was not changed throughout our stay. Towels were changed, because. we started throwing them on the floor. By the way, I didn’t think to do the same with the bed! There is a mini fridge in the room, in which you will not dare to put anything, because. there is an unpleasant smell, perhaps only we were so lucky; I didn’t unpack my suitcases, because there was also a specific shmon in the closet. We tried to change the room, but after going around a couple of free rooms, we decided that it was not worth it.

They write in the reviews - there is Wi-Fi! Aha! We have already achieved with a scandal, so that finally it was connected 3 days before departure !!! ! On the first day of arrival, when they were waiting for check-in, they learned from the cursing of people near the reception that the bus that takes them to the beach arrives as it pleases. That day he waited 1.5 hours!! ! So we went every day by taxi. There are also a lot of reviews about food in this hotel that you will not stay hungry. Well, if you are used to eating all sorts of stewed with spices from what was left from yesterday, apparently to pigs, then yes, you will not stay hungry.
Everything edible in the form of chicken, and more often it was overcooked and fish, is given out in a mini piece. Of the fruits in a month like September, there was only green melon and green dates. Poorly washed dishes, greasy appliances and never washed floors in the canteen, you can't call it a restaurant. If at dinner someone's child spilled something, then at breakfast, be prepared to watch this whole thing pounded all over the floor. During our stay there were poisonings in the hotel! One girl from Ukraine even thundered into the hospital. Of the nations that rested in this hotel, we were Belarusians, several pairs of Ukrainians and a huge number of Arabs!
Sea!!! ! This is the only thing that deserves rave reviews! ! Flora and fauna are mesmerizing and breathtaking from such beauty. Therefore, the whole company, we enjoyed the beach, the sea and walks in the evening old town! Without this, our holiday would have been indecently spoiled!! ! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! If we fly to Egypt, then only in the top 5! By the way, upon our return, we found out the price of 5k, in which our compatriots rested. The difference is not critical at all. In our case, 250 dollars!! ! As I wrote above, the choice of the hotel was entrusted to relatives! Trust only yourself and real reviews!! !
