We bought a last-minute 7-day trip to the end of March 2026 for 25.000 UAH. We arrived late, around 9:00 PM; the flight took a long time, and we were supposed to check in at 7:00 PM. They gave us a spacious room, room 207, with a garden view, and promised to bring food to the room. In the end, we were very offended; they didn't even give us sandwiches. There was no kettle in the room, nor tea, coffee, or even water. I ran to get boiling water, just to make Miva's drink for my child. It's better to bring your own soap, shampoo, towels, and a hairdryer! I have long hair, so I couldn't get them at reception. The girls were leaving, so I asked for them, but their hairdryer was also broken. The staff are great, they do a great job. Cleaning is done every day, and the grounds are well maintained. Except for the entertainers!! ! I don't understand their role in the hotel at all?? ? We organized our own dancing and entertainment. There weren't many people in the hotel. I liked Palma Beach for its corals, but we've only been there once. We bought a seafood pizza there for £.400 (list price), but be prepared to pay £.500 (apparently for bank fees and service). The bus hadn't taken us there before for unknown reasons, and then there was a red flag, so we went to the Farsha restaurant's paid beach for $4 (entry fee). . The only food we had was hearty at dinner. Fruit included oranges, melons, and dates. The chefs cooked delicious food. The bartender worked hard, making delicious cocktails. Beer and wine are not included, as are the cocktails. There are two shops nearby where you can buy everything inexpensively with a little bargaining. I didn't like the Mango Market; everything was overpriced, and they just advertised it. Overall, the vacation was enjoyable, but I was bored. I missed the entertainers and evening entertainment at this hotel! There were no belly dancers, so I had to put on my own…
