Two years ago there was much more life, active trade, hotels were being built, there were many tourists. Now the opposite is true - the flow of tourists has fallen, despite the great time (April), trade has fallen, sellers are angry, prices have dropped on some goods, for example, masks with snorkels ($ 5). Hotels are unfinished and abandoned, many hotels are closed and does not work. I was shocked by the state of the corals on the beaches, there are few fish, the coral is dead, of a cement type. There are places with a good underwater world in Hadaba, but you have to swim there, for example, in the El Fanar beach area, in a place where a memorial arch was built for the dead French tourists.
Now let's move on to the hotel, the hotel is three stars, and if there was such a cost, we paid 1090 dollars for 8 days of all-inclusive. Accordingly, there were people for 2000 dollars. for 15 days. These prices break our tour operators Coreltravel and Pegasus. We decided to drop our things and go to the beach, and the registrars were promised to advertise on the Internet. After a couple of minutes, we were called and taken to the room, of course, the washing room, well, these were not our problems, but the porter who rolled our bag. The next room suited us, the view was not on the pool, but on the lawn in front of the hotel, very personal, but the door to the pool. We always give money to the porter, we also put a dollar for cleaning the rooms - these people are working and they should be encouraged.
The next opening is the bus to the beach. It was already half past ten in the morning, and the bus announced at 9 was not there yet. Some kind of hunchbacked, small one arrived, but for the first time we did not bother. Later we learned that there is no clear schedule, they drive as they want, they may not come to the beach for you at all. People got used to asking for the bus of Virginia and Falcon, who used to be Viv Sharm's brother, and now went ahead in service. Sometimes it was humiliating, sometimes the driver escorted other people's passengers. It is very far to walk on foot, but some comrades went out early, until it was hot, but without humiliation. To all our indignations, the driver has the answer "diesel problem". There were some inconveniences with our all-inclusive, it was inconvenient to return to the hotel for dinner, there are no free buses to Naama and Soho, like other hotels, and the presence of bracelets only complicates life. The food seems to be quite good, but there are no tasty buns for breakfast, some crackers. The problem of water - give only once. Don't throw away the bottles! Then you need to collect water yourself in the dining room. During our vacation, they had the authorities with a check, then the coffee was thicker and there were even teaspoons, and even paper napkins! Once there was an afternoon snack in a bar - a pie. Drinks are a separate topic, they body cola, sprite, not to mention alcohol. Only beer is nothing, poured from bottles. And wine is something life-threatening, some kind of chemistry with alcohol, no one could drink it to the bottom. Advice - it is better to refrain from all-inclusive. In general, the authorities left, again coffee water in the dining room and the absence of teaspoons, there are not always enough cups and other things. Tourists were added, three people were already on each other's knees on the bus. The people rallied in indignation and complaints. It was here that the representatives of the tour operators were supposed to prove themselves, but... they did not show in any way. I will add a photo of this bus and in the foreground is an extreme driver, each time they prayed to stay alive. The most beautiful thing that I will remember is a very pleasant communication, we met wonderful people, there were always gatherings, smiles, shared impressions of excursions, showed purchases. The atmosphere was very cozy, but this is not the merit of the hotel.
