The first impression of the hotel was negative - we arrived at about 9 am (early flight), and waited three hours for check-in! Of course, we understood that check-in starts at 14.00 and they are not required to check-in earlier (although we and another family were expecting check-in, the hotel is half empty). Several times they hinted at extra money (if we want with a view of the pool or different beds) However, after 10.00 in the morning we were put on bracelets so that we could drink coffee in the bar, which could not but rejoice.

My idea to turn to the hotel guide for help disappeared immediately, because at the info-meeting and after personal communication, he VERY PERSISTENTLY tried to sell excursions, completely ignoring our questions and requests.
