First time in Egypt, first time in this hotel. We flew from Kyiv via Pegas Touristik. The flight went well, the plane was not delayed. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the temperature, after -10 in Kyiv, we felt not just the promised +24, but all +30, summer things in hand luggage were very useful)))
Well, now about the hotel - the hotel looked pretty decent, I'm a pretty picky person, but if you go in a good mood, then you stop noticing minor flaws. They decided to try to take the room without a bribe of $20, they gave it in the old building, quite clean, of course, not mansions, but not dirty. Huge bed, chairs / tables, an old TV that we never turned on) There was a problem with hot water on the first day, it was barely warm, according to Russian custom, they tried to lower it, it didn’t work. Went to reception and called a plumber. The plumber does not know anything in English, he fooled his head for two hours until he gestured "give me a tip. " At 12 at night they were already so angry that maybe if he had said right away, I would have given him, but after all this I sent him. After 15 minutes the water was turned on.
There were no more excesses) In general, the staff is not rude, they ask for tips like everyone else, but they don’t grab hands, don’t shout or swear) You are polite to them and they are polite to you.

The territory is large, green, beautiful, many beautiful flowers and trees. Two heated pools, in the old building and one large in the new one. There is a water park with slides. Bars everywhere, only local drinks, we drank rose wine, rum, tequila, we liked it. All sorts of Pepsi, Mirinda and Sevenapy are also present.
Two restaurants, the kitchen was constantly changing a little bit, two halls - one with a rack of hot dishes and a rack of ready-made salads and national teams. In another room, there is a dessert stand and a bar. Desserts are new and fresh every day. Lots of pastries. The kitchen is both spicy and normal. Usually they collected huge plates of everything for tasting, and then they went to get everything they liked))) There is a separate counter with children's dishes, everything is not spicy there, many ate there.
Two beaches, coral and sandy. Both are about 10 minutes away by bus. Buses run every hour. There were both there and there. Coral for snorkelling, Pantone entry. The sea is just amazing! Clean, with a depth of 10 meters from the pantone, you can see all the smallest details, a lot of different fish, they go for cakes from a restaurant on the beach. Oh yes, there is a restaurant on the beaches, the range of course is poorer than in the main building.
The second beach, sandy, in the bay. The sea was warmer there, the beach was larger, there was a place to walk along the coast, and there were very few people there) And especially ours, I really wanted to take a break from our voices)
A separate word about the New Year's dinner. It was a very stupid event. Firstly, the main mistake is to start New Year's Eve dinner at eight in the evening and finish at ten. They clean all food. It remains to work only one bar for the entire hall, and even then up to twelve. There was no program, in short, I didn’t like it, like most vacationers. And for it, they additionally take 100 dollars without fail.
The hotel is located in a convenient location, five minutes walk to a small shopping center, there was a Starbucks)) often went there. There are free buses to Naama Bay, it takes about 20 minutes to walk there.
We enjoyed our holidays, will we return to this hotel? maybe we'll come back) I looked at prices for parents on March 8, there are quite good prices for their quality.
