We stopped at this "beautiful" hotel on 08/2/19 in the evening, at 22:00, it was paid from 14:00, we were greeted warmly, taken to our room, everything seemed to be fine, but then we looked around and gasped, the room was not cleaned, there were balls of women's clothes on the floor hair, towels for one person (there are two of us), the safe was closed, there was no code for it, there was no mini bar with soft drinks either (although it seemed to be written in the description), and in general there was a feeling that there was nothing after the last guests didn't change.
We thought we’d swim in the pool, at least we’ll rest from the plane, it wasn’t there, the pools at 17:50 can no longer be visited, the staff kicks everyone out. We went to the reception, described the problem, where the dude made a sad and guilty face and said that everything was already in order and done. They asked where you can organize a late dinner, sent us to the atrium. In the atrium there were soy sausage, cheeses and a couple of salads on the buffet, not much to eat, although this is described as a full meal.
Then we returned to the room but nothing changed, although half an hour passed after the appeal, we decided to go again, the situation repeated itself and we went to the room, waited another half hour, went again to the reception, they told us that everything had already been done, we just they didn’t notice, and in general, if you want a normal room, pay 30 dollars a day and immediately install it, we were a little crazy from such prices, we were obviously not ready to pay 150 dollars for what we should have already been, the person at the reception was very rude.

We returned to the room, after 20 minutes a safe technician came, the master opened the safe with a key.
After 30 minutes, they called from the reception and asked if we wanted to move and asked to come to the reception, we packed our suitcase and went there, there we were met by another receptionist and offered us to move to the Premier next door and started cutting off our bracelets, we objected, showing a voucher that clearly indicated PARKLAND and not prime, as Parkland would be better, then they clicked something on the computer, changed it to new bracelets and sent us to a new room.
The room was already much better, clean, but after the repair with a centimeter layer of dust on the furniture, the DRAIN in the shower does not work at all, it takes about 5 minutes to wash, then it will already flow on the floor, the phone in the room does not work, the safe was without batteries, that is, too didn’t work, there was only one shower gel, and that one was a third full, apparently left from the previous guests, Wi-Fi is only paid ($ 6) and catches only at the reception and somewhere in the main building, in most rooms it doesn’t catch at all.
Of the pluses, they deliver 3 liters of water every day, our room had a satellite TV, a couple of our channels in normal quality, the maid is a very responsible guy, he cleaned normally, he did everything as requested, for which he deserved a tip every day.
SEA.
The beach and the sea are a hotel story, when they bought a ticket, the operator said that the transfer was every half hour, the beach was nearby, they wanted to come, they wanted to leave.
In reality, buses to the sandy beach are ONLY at 9:30 and 11:25 and return only at 12:00.15:30 and 16:20. To coral at 8:30 and 10:30, back 14:30 and 17:10.

BUT even if you are registered and you have a piece of paper, it is not a fact that you will be able to leave. There is not enough space in 2 buses and a minibus all the time, people are pushing, huge queues, boarding starts 15 minutes before the described time and after 5 minutes everything is packed, I have repeatedly observed the situation when people came in swimsuits with circles, papers with a record were in their hands but corny there was no place, and they stayed at the hotel, with the buses back the same situation, everything is packed, they can’t pick up everyone who wants to.
In the morning they came to the reception, before breakfast, to ask how to get on the bus to the beach, the dude at the reception showed daddy with the recorded ones and said that there were no places, there are for tomorrow (that is, for 4) but ONLY on the sandy beach at 11:25, signed up at least so (that is, in fact, 2 days of rest, we did not see the sea at all)
The beach itself is pretty dirty, in some places broken glass and heaps of plastic, the very bottom of the sea is also all in the trash, I was shocked when I snorkeled.
Lunch on the beach is monotonous, there is no choice of dishes.
The food in general seemed to us normal, varied (only at the hotel), sausage and sausages, cheeses, soy, the cheapest. Then on the 3rd day of rest, 2 hours after breakfast, my girlfriend became ill, after which she until the return flight spent time in bed and toilet, except for hotel food, we didn’t eat anything else, didn’t drink alcohol. We went to the doctor, helped only after he was paid, refused to help on insurance, at the reception they said that this was the only option for helping. They said the insurance didn't work. The doctor gave an injection, gave a couple of packs of pills, for which he demanded 30 dollars.
In general, everything is very sad, it was a disgusting vacation, which discouraged the desire to visit Egypt in principle.
- terribly organized transfer, sometimes getting to the beach is not realistic;
- food is simply POISONING, so take smecta, atoxil, loperamide and everything you can find from the strongest diarrhea.
- the rooms are very tired, the repair was somewhere, but obscenely done, the plums do not work, there is no mini bar.
I do not recommend to ANYONE.
