Due to objective reasons, I chose a hotel for a very long time, settled on this and did not regret it a bit. The voucher had already been bought when the sensational cases with sharks occurred. We were very worried before leaving that we would not be able to swim in the beautiful Red Sea, but everything worked out with the sea as well as possible and it was in our hotel.
After reading the reviews, for some reason, there was confidence that they would settle in the 4-5 building, and they settled in 3, they agreed to relocate only for money. This is the ONLY thing that was a little annoying when checking in. We looked at the room, decided to put up with it and not change it. A little out of the way, on the first floor of the building, but no one bothered us and, in general, we were comfortable ourselves. Everything worked in the room, if there are any technical problems, you can call at the reception - a worker will immediately come and fix everything.
We arrived in the morning, immediately put on the bracelets, we had breakfast and settled in. Nobody waited for the checkout time at 14:00, which is also a definite plus. They ask you to leave the room before 12-00, but no one removes the bracelets and you can use everything until departure. The suitcases were at the reception, no one took anything.

The hotel area is very beautiful, slides (did not swim, it was cold), many pools (swimmed in 2 heated ones and a jacuzzi). Our child (6 years old) loves pools. Mostly they were at sea.
I liked both beaches in their own way, especially in the circumstances with sharks. Coral Beach is very beautiful, a wonderful restaurant and a bar better than on Sandy. But it was closed for a full bath. We took pictures and caught waves aground, it was generally normal for a child (he always swims aground) to splash around with other children. security. Next to this beach within walking distance is the complex "Leila wa Leila", a show of crocodiles and snakes. Sandy Beach was open for swimming, and the fish were observed there, but it is in the bay, the real sea is just behind the mountain, where we went by boat. Near the Old Market, where you can shop for fruits and souvenirs. The dining room on this beach is smaller and everything ends quickly, the choice of dishes is less, but we did not go hungry.
In general, the food in this hotel is good. Three free restaurants suited us just fine. We mostly ate at "Faron", my husband (a lover of spicy) took something from the "Sultan" (nearby). The variety and taste of their pastries is still remembered. The service is fast, efficient and accommodating.
Room service also pleased. We left the cleaner for $ 1. He cleaned daily, changed the bed and towels, twisted swans and hearts several times, once brought a bouquet in a glass, constantly brought fresh water in factory packaging.
For children: swimming pools, kids club, mini disco in the evenings (but all the time the same), cartoons on the street, there were even Russian ones.
The audience at the hotel was delighted. To be honest, I was afraid that there would be a lot of Russian-speaking people, for whom it is a shame. No, the contingent is half European. The other half are our compatriots from the USSR. Fortunately, everyone behaved more or less tolerantly.

I went on an excursion to Israel from Pegasus (I didn’t dare from the street). Everything was well organized. Did not like the bus in Egypt. But the price, of course, they have a sky-high 210 dollars. From the street I went to Cairo to the pyramids (travel agency in Naama near the cafe of the USSR) for 50 dollars (up to 45 they didn’t throw off, no matter how they bargained). The bus was emergency. I was sitting in the first seat - still nothing, but behind everyone it blew, they complained all the way. and to top it all, on the way to Cairo, it broke down with no hope of recovery, we waited 3 hours (! ) for another bus. The excursion was crumpled in connection with this, instead of a restaurant on the Nile, we dined at some other restaurant (that's where I appreciated the cuisine of OUR hotel! ). In short, except for a good guide, everything was organized badly.
Summarizing the hotel, the perfect combination of price and quality. I really understand those who return there again and again. I would also return, but other countries and hotels are waiting. And then, it is in winter and in the current state of affairs with the beaches of Sharma, the choice of this hotel is optimal. When talking with vacationers on excursions and at the airport, it turned out that many were completely deprived of the sea, they only managed to sunbathe.
