Rested in June, in Egypt 4 times.
They settled quickly in a terrible room on the outskirts (next to a frozen construction site) linen and towels are gray, all stained, dirt and damp furniture, no bath and water sometimes flowed almost to the bed!
The food is good, varied. Only one restaurant worked and could not cope with the flow of newly arrived vacationers....In addition, the Egyptian budget sent its employees on vacation... apparently everyone was in this hotel)))) There was such bedlam in the dining room... that I have never seen anything like it in my life....Arab children on walkers knocked down, crawled on the floor, yelled....brrrrr memories are still too fresh....
The territory is excellent, a lot of greenery, but cleaned badly!
The pools are smelly. . . and as the Russian wife of one of the managers of this hotel told us.... she has been there for 2 years. . . they never changed the water in her presence!!!

The beaches. . . both great. . . but the towels just dried out and were handed out again the next morning! And how the glasses were washed in bars....this is a separate issue. They place them in a soap solution and the whole glass is ready for a new use. This was in the bar at the water park and on the beach coral beach! So, dear future tourists of this hotel....if cleanliness is not so important for you, then have a good rest!
