Yesterday we returned from Sharm. A little about the hotel.
There are many British, about 50% Arabs, which was not very good, but their culture is not at the European level and there are many Russians, Ukrainians are nothing.
Generally speaking, you can relax well if you close your eyes to the service. Basically, that's what I did. This was our second trip to Sharm. And so everything is in order:

1. Service: very disappointing, I would put 5 out of 10. Not at all the level of 5 stars. The staff is friendly, sociable, but the waiters in the main restaurant treat Russian-speaking obscenely, rush with the British. For example: they took plates, put them on the table for 4 (there were 3 of us) and went to take vegetables. A minute later I see a picture, the British, who want to be seated, come up to the waiter, the waiter, while we are away, removes our plates and sits other people down. To my question, what are you doing, it's busy here, the waiter replied: ". . go over there . . ". Of course, I did not keep silent, and he put us tozh. But it was not pleasant and this happened more than once.
Further room service is lame, I will describe below. With beach towels, too, it was not very good. And they check into the hotel from 14:00, and if (like we) arrived at 8 in the morning, it doesn’t bother anyone, it’s good at least they put on bracelets, you could eat and take a walk and occupy yourself with something. But when we came to other hotels, we were always settled at any time, this is probably a special hotel.
2. Numbers: we had a conflict about the number on the first day. They settled us at 14:00. Their corps are all divided, the Russians live separately, the British separately and the Arabs separately. We settled naturally in Russian. The first shock was from the room, I don’t want to scare you, but I’m writing as it was, the bed with stains of dirt on the pillowcase, the towels were also not washed, the bathroom was clearly visible dirt was not cleaned. I had a fight with the reception, complained to the guide, called the representative office in Ukraine, in general, at 12 at night we were finally moved to another room (we didn’t give money, it was a matter of principle). Well, the other one was better.
3. The territory is large, green, 4 swimming pools, 5 slides, a movie in the evenings for children, an amphitheater. The pools were cleaned every day, I liked it.
4. I also liked the food. The food is good, meat, chicken, fish everything was delicious. In the evenings they made barbecue, meatballs, sausages, fish, etc. The only breakfasts are monotonous and at first there were few fruits, and then more.
5. Beach: they have 2 coral and sandy beaches. Convenient for children on sandy. The beach is far away, buses carry on time. But the sea is of course gorgeous, the most beautiful thing there is, the fauna was very beautiful, and the fish are different. Only towels on the beach, some need to be thrown away, well, that's it.

6. Entertainment: during the day, fun by the pool, in the evening, karaoke, then live music, then just entertain, disco, in general, who loves what.
The center of Naama Bay is nearby, they also take a bus or walk exactly 30 minutes. (went)
If anyone is interested in a bungalow, then it is boring there, the people who lived there went to the hotel in the evening, and at 10 pm the bus brought back or by taxi.
