Liked the hotel. Placed only after 14.00, the room was on the first floor of the farthest building 5. The room was ok, everything you need was there and worked. Mostly Russians lived in the building. Often there were not enough sunbeds near the pool, because the first floor was a big plus. We sat on our veranda and sunbathed. Large territory. many bars, no queues. The food was delicious, but there was little fruit. The staff is friendly and smiling. Cleaned the room tolerably. But the beaches are dirty. Few trash cans and ashtrays. There are disposable cups scattered around. cigarette butts, papers. And the smell on the beach was not at all marine, but toilet, especially on sandy ones. The coral beach is very beautiful, but there was construction going on there. They built a new pontoon. so next year will be even better. I liked the rest very much. The price-quality ratio is very good. Only no luck with the tour operator - Anex tour spoiled our vacation experience. The hotel guide was just terrible, not up to date with the most basic things about the hotel. The annex stand is not decorated. We learned about the postponement of the tour when we got a call from the reception. Departure postponed by 14.5 hours. In general, the hotel is not bad, but Anex is terrible!
