We arrived at the hotel around 9:00, check-in at 14:00. But at the reception, we were gently hinted that we could check in earlier and choose a better room, at 10.00 we already checked in, Family room, with a balcony overlooking the pool with slides. as they understood where they flew in, cleanliness in Egyptian and cleanliness in ours are two different things. The walls are sagging, I won’t say anything about the glass at all, it was not easy to close and open the balcony, to put it mildly. In general, the room is old. but not critical, the next day we did not pay attention. The bed is comfortable, the bed is clean, the towels are white.

My husband and adult son are meat eaters, and they literally had to get themselves an extra piece of precious chicken. I'm indifferent to meat, it was easier for me. The table at which you could eat had to be occupied at the speed of sound, otherwise everything was already taken, we began to go for lunch and dinner an hour after the start, when some people had already eaten. Twice they gave crabs, but to our great disappointment there was nothing there, the impression was that they decided to laugh with us. And one evening they didn’t even give chicken, instead of it they gave stew, with which they probably decided to poison us. Terribly spicy, I thought that I would die there on the spot. The restaurant, to put it mildly, is not designed for so many people. Napkins had to be begged for, there were not enough cups either, the coffee was terrible, only black tea. There were enough sweets, fruits too. I liked the breakfast, especially falafels and donuts.
The beaches are good, only you had to go to the coral one on the first flight, 8.30, then you couldn’t take sunbeds anymore, just mattresses and towels were used, it was such that there were not enough towels. sunbathe, towels are not washed from the beach, this is a fact, we got a towel with trimmed nails stuck. The reef is beautiful, the pier is good, it’s also very beautiful on the sand, there were enough sunbeds for everyone.

Separately, I would like to say about our compatriots, Ukrainians, since they were in the majority there. It seems that people are just from a hungry land, the queues line up probably half an hour, or maybe an hour before the start of dinner or lunch, the same story with the queues on the buses to the beach, they burst into these buses like crazy, you can’t ride standing up, then they are kicked out of there, they get out reluctantly, although if not everyone got in, they give another bus.
If you are positive, then you will have a good rest, but if you are a picky vacationer, then you need to look for a more expensive hotel. We naively thought that if the hotel is on an unknown line, then this disadvantage will be compensated by good service and food, but this is not so, The policy of the hotel is sheer redneck, you can't even ask for an extra bottle of water.
They evicted us exactly at 12.00, immediately cut off the bracelets, and the transfer was at 16.00, and we became invisible, any appeals were ignored, they said that everything was paid after that, but we went and had lunch for free, and no one kicked us out.
