We recently stayed at this hotel, but unfortunately, the reality does not meet the stated standards and promises of the travel agency.

Firstly, the pools. We were told that they were heated, but in fact the water was cold. There was no feeling of heating, which was an unpleasant surprise.

Secondly, the location. The hotel is positioned as the second line, but in fact it is the third line and even further. You need to take a bus to the beach for about 25–30 minutes one way. The shuttle runs strictly according to the schedule, and you need to constantly monitor the time. If you don’t have time, no one will wait or pick you up additionally. This creates significant discomfort and ties you to the schedule.

Regarding the food, it is also disappointing. They promised variety and seafood almost every day, but this is not the case. The food is standard, without much choice. Seafood is a rarity, not a daily option.


There is practically no food on the beach. The maximum is a roll with a small piece of cheese, and even then they give one piece to each person. This does not correspond at all to the level that was presented to us.
Separately about Wi-Fi: the Internet is available only on the coral beach, on the sandy one there is none at all. For many this is important, so it is worth considering.

The overall impression is that the hotel does not meet the stated standards and description in the travel agency. I advise future tourists to carefully clarify all the details before booking to avoid disappointment.
