Отличный отель Excellent hotel

The hotel was chosen based on reviews, 85% were good. Check in went smoothly, quickly, in a nice spacious clean room. The room has a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator - everything works. Hot water around the clock. The room is cleaned daily, towels and bedding are changed as needed. If there are any problems, questions - the staff solves them instantly.
I really liked the attitude of the staff to vacationers, always friendly and ready to help.
The animators are great fellows, the kids do not leave them. During the day at the hotel and on the beaches there are always some events, and in the evening there is always something interesting on the territory of the hotel (there was a performance with snakes, a clown show, a violinist performance, a solo concert of a singer from Ukraine, the Miss Hotel contest....).
The territory is very well-groomed, all the time something is washed, cleaned, cut. The pools are clean and seem to be cleaned daily.

Although the hotel does not have a beach nearby, the delivery of people to the beaches is well established. There is a schedule, a record for the day. Even interesting 5-7 minutes to the beach in the bus to consider the outskirts of the city.
The hotel is super. No flaws. But there is still one little one: We have a non-smoking family, and there are a lot of smokers around. And smoking is allowed everywhere. Therefore, both we and the child inhaled smoke. We did not try to make comments to smokers, as I think it is the task of the hotel administration to organize smoking only in certain places.
In general, I liked the hotel very much, the staff is smart. Would you like to stay in this hotel again? Yes. With pleasure. And not just once.
