We booked a tour to Egypt through the South Territory tourism center. Marina Dobrodey advised us. There was no glass in the glass parapet on the 2nd floor (there was no question of any safety measures in this hotel). There was no desire to lie down in the bed in the room, even from the road. We were offered absolutely identical rooms.
We refused to check into this hotel, called the guide and at the same time tried to contact the travel agency. The viber number did not answer, we began to call by regular communication (which is not cheap from roaming). Marina said that we should decide on moving to another hotel with a guide on the spot. As a result, we moved (with suitcases for a taxi for our own money) to the hotel where we had previously rested with a surcharge of $ 130 (we moved to a real 4 *). We did not receive any help from the Tourism Center. There was no feedback, even upon arrival. There are doubts about the competence and decency of the consultant Marina Dobrodey and the entire travel agency (it seems that they are not interested in the fate of the tourists to whom they sold the tours).
