I will not write for a long time, I will break it down point by point:
1. The staff is always trying to take your phone or some personal item - can I take it? ? they have such jokes, they behave familiarly.
2. Have you noticed that they give people dirty glasses for water-juice in the dining room, the husband says what are you doing, let's get clean ones ? ? the waiter turned on the fool.... smile, I don't understand you! They themselves took clean glasses for themselves, but they shamelessly gave people dirty glasses.
3. Food, no variety, yes there were delicious moments (chicken and fish), but it's the same every day.
4. Gym - the word air conditioning does not exist, the heat, you are suffocating, for 6 days that we trained there, the air conditioner was turned on once and then, the husband called....the manager, he sent... there to someone else, then one, someone to the manager..... complete tin!

5. A taxi....the hotel offers to take you to the old city for 20 bucks))) you leave the hotel and for 5-6 bucks in a taxi, you go to the old city.
6. The guide persistently offers, almost without fail, if you don’t go, then that’s it....on an excursion. All tourists complain!
There was a good moment, but it is not connected with the hotel, we went to the desert to ride ATVs, personally, we drove very fast, otherwise in a group we ride very slowly.
The hotel needs to change the manager, definitely !!! !
