In October 2016, my wife and I rested at the Sea Club Hotel. The hotel itself made a very good impression. Settled quickly in a room overlooking the central courtyard and the pool with the sea at some distance. Delivered luggage to the room. Good and varied menu. The plus is that you can eat at the restaurant of the other two hotels of the group, if yours is, say, a fish day, and a barbecue is in the next one. I was very pleased with the well-groomed territory with good landscaping. I do not want to repeat myself, you can read a lot of this kind of reviews from other vacationers. I want to draw attention to such a not very good feature of the beach. The entrance to the water is carried out from a platform located outside the reef encircling the shore, which offers a magnificent view of the kingdom of corals and fish of all possible shapes and colors. But, the beach is drawn in a narrow place at the entrance to the Gulf of Aqaba, directly opposite the island of Tiran, which narrows the throat of the bay even more, so the tidal currents sandwiched between the island and the beach can acquire significant speed, making it difficult to swim and all swimmers are forced to move along a cable stretched along the reef, sticking around it like bunches of grapes, which, of course, does not contribute to the study of the unique underwater world of the Red Sea. You don’t need to go down the stairs to the beach, which is a plus, but at the same time, when the beach of the Sea Club hotel is closed for swimming due to strong winds, the beaches located in the bays with high steep banks are quiet and grace. Perhaps the beach is not very convenient for children and those who swim poorly. Here is the link to the video.
