We chose the hotel ourselves and very carefully, because one friend said the following phrase: "Egypt is a country that you can fall in love with for life, or resist - forever" We were very afraid of being disappointed, so we looked at a lot of reviews on different hotels and compared all pros and cons for the price and service, they chose Charmillion Club Resort, which they never regretted. And now, in order, we arrived in the evening, so we immediately settled in a large clean room on the second floor overlooking the hotel grounds and the sea in the main building. Everything worked in the room, clean, comfortable, beautiful, everything suited us (no one demanded or even hinted at money, we ourselves asked for a good room, for which we thanked with a box of chocolates) They gave the porter 1 dollar, in general everyone was satisfied. They cleaned with high quality, with the replacement of everything necessary, they wanted to clean every day, but it was enough for us every other day, so on other days they just hung a do not disturb sign, left a chocolate bar or a dollar for cleaning. As for the food, I don’t understand the dissatisfied reviews, there is a lot of food and there is also a variety, no one will stay hungry here, we couldn’t even try everything physically. As for the queues, I can say that yes, they were, but everything was organized very competently and not stressful, and it’s better to queue than to stand with a full plate and not know where to sit. I would like to say about a very interesting and beautiful tradition of this hotel to congratulate birthday people. In the restaurant during dinner, a festive table is laid for the heroes of the occasion, balls, rose petals. Somewhere in the middle of the meal, representatives of the hotel come out with a tambourine and a cake, play, sing, congratulate, all the staff also leave because of their jobs, in general, everyone's attention is riveted only there, after the congratulations, everyone who is at this time in the restaurant - clap. . . Well, it’s very beautiful and touching, well done! ) Many have already written about the territory of the hotel, yes, it is large, well-groomed and very beautiful, there is a place to take pictures, you need to set aside a separate day and do a photo session. And now the most important thing is the sea, the Red Sea!! ! It's gorgeous! The mask is a must! There is a pier on the beach from which you can watch the underwater world, there are a lot of varieties of fish, large and small, corals. You can talk about it, but until you see this beauty yourself, you will never understand. As soon as you put your head under the water, you find yourself as if in an aquarium, you feel like a part of this world, you can watch for hours and not get bored! Ohhh-stolgia) The beach, by the way, is big, there were always enough places on sun loungers under umbrellas, although vacationers from Life and Gardens came here, by the way, this is a network of three of these hotels and you can use the infrastructure of any of them, except for the water park, it is paid. I can’t say anything about alcohol, because we are not fans of this business, but we heard that it was bad. My husband took beer a couple of times, he spoke diluted, it was worse on the beach than at the pool and in other bars. Just soft drinks Fanta, Cola, non-alcoholic cocktails were normal, only some kind of Spry was not very good, well, powder drinks like Yuppi, I’ll say this for an amateur. I would like to say more about the hotel staff, everyone is very friendly and smiling, they constantly ask if everything is fine, if you like everything, they always say hello. At least we had such an attitude, and when I read negative reviews about the staff, I am surprised. . . or maybe "what a hello, such an answer" and you first need to look at yourself and your attitude towards people? Summing up all the above, I can say that thanks to the Charmillion Club Resort, we fell in love with Egypt! A good hotel and I personally can recommend it to all my friends and would love to come here again, but probably only in the summer, because it is located in a windy bay and in the colder months of the year it can be cool here, and for the summer in Egypt, this is only a plus, the heat is not felt at all, by the way, upon arrival in Ukraine, it was harder for us to endure the heat than in Egypt)
