The hotel itself is terrible, far from 5*. I don't even know why they have so many stars. We were once in the Hilton in 4 * so it was better there. We chose, we just went with friends, there were three families, one family needed to go cheaper, roughly speaking, we fell for the pricing policy. Our towels were stolen from our room and no one wanted to deal with it. Twice they took money for an extension, they fooled their heads, after two weeks after the trip. I can’t objectively evaluate the food at the hotel, because we were in Egypt for a long time, 12 years ago, our friends go every year and say that now in Egypt this is the food and it’s normal. Of course, not Sultan Gardens, my friend went and said that they can even cook buckwheat there on request. There is pasta, baked potatoes, but I will say that we did not go hungry. The service is intrusive, I don't like this type of "Hi, brother! ", "Hi, friend! " - I don't like that. We went with children, we thought that there would be a children's club, a playground. The site there is broken, the slides are broken. The animation girl was amazing. Disco Mini disco good. The tiles in the pool are dirty, the walls of the pool are covered with mold, maybe someone does not pay attention to this, but I was with a child and I don’t like that. Before that, there was a sister with a child and she was fine. This is my subjective opinion. The booking rating is good, we also chose it based on reviews. Pronounced ebb tides. I swam twice in 10 days. The sea was ankle deep. The beach is not very sandy, with corals, concrete slabs.
