Rooms: beautiful, with good repair, cleaning every day, everything works, there is everything: hairdryer, TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, kettle, etc. There are no questions here at all!! !
Territory: very large, very neat (almost all), green. And here there is one, but how big minus - watering all lawns, flowering plantings takes place from 6:00 to 7:00, and from 18:00 to 19:00. And what do you think about what? Yes, with water from the sewer (that's right: the one you wash with, flush down the toilet) and the smell of that water is exactly the same as the sewer, and it's also +35 in hell. This is not pleasant, it's just horrible!

Water park: well, an average water park both in size and in terms of star quality. Plus one - it just is! Now the minuses work from 10:00 to 17:00. Divided into 2 zones. The first zone is a slide on "bagels" lunch from 12:00 to 14:00, the second zone is "on mats" lunch from 13:00 to 15:00. With this schedule, the water park works at 3 hotels, that is, you will stand in line for a long time, there are not enough mats and bagels for everyone - people are pressed, stand in line for a long time. The children's one is also at 3 hotels: there are few slides, various water cannons, fountains, etc. for children - does not work!!! ! All that children can do is go down 8 slides, on which 2 are very little water (the ride is not comfortable) for children 2-3 years old. absolutely one slide! There is a pool with an artificial wave - but it works for 15 minutes all day! There is only one bar in the aqua zone (but don't think that you will be full there!!! ! All they give there are drinks (not of high quality), fries, and hot dogs (with such a sausage - which is not clear whether it is made of cardboard or from the sole of Chinese slate), and a salad that flowed yesterday!
Animation for children is so-so - for 2+, balls and competitions for children! The animators can see that they don't want to do anything, and they don't care about children at all. In short, there are animators - but they are not there!
Evening program for adults - I'll say it roughly: if you and your company are imbeciles - then you will have something to do! If you are adequate people - you will go somewhere to have fun in second place, for example, to a disco. For adults there is an "amphitheater" - a stage on which some incomprehensible people (hotel staff) dance for 2-3 hours to some boring music. The audience in this "amphitheater" is 15-20 people (it is designed for 100+) - there is a bar nearby, because it is impossible to be sober there! And - and more: the music is the same every evening, Arabic retro from the 80s. That's trash too.
The bar is probably one of the places where everything is like in other hotels! There are no complaints here! Inexpensive alcohol is free, if you want something better, pay, there is a choice! Everything is like in all hotels in Egypt.

Restaurant: The atmosphere in the restaurant itself is good! The service is good, clean, they clean very quickly and the employees are polite. But the kitchen is where the trash begins! By the way, there is only one restaurant for the entire hotel - whoever didn't make it - was late! The products seem to be all fresh, but all this "food" is prepared by people whose noses are blocked and their taste has been lost after the corona! That is: it can be oversalted, overpeppered, burnt! Not a single decent dish in 10 days! Going to the restaurant was hard labor! The cooks even managed to spoil shrimps, fish. Pizza in the restaurant is: dough, cheese, and tomatoes! All the salads are terrible, the first courses (only soup) are always oversalted and overpeppered! The second courses are actually always spicy, or extra spicy - meat? The meat always has the unpleasant smell of old goat! The only thing that is normal is the table with bread! Sausages and cheeses - one name! All you can eat is: fries, mashed potatoes, and sometimes there was lasagna, bread, tea! Children's menu; sausages like those on the bar, fries, some beans (spicy) and hit- (cocoa somehow pink) - without any smells or tastes! What's more - I called the "CHEF" and explained that it is impossible to serve this to people in a 5-star hotel as food!! ! The answer is - everything is very tasty. The chef is a complete idiot, a person who most likely does not taste what he serves to people! Where the hotel manager is looking - I don't understand!
Beach: the pluses are a large beach, there are two bars, a toilet, many sunbeds (there are always places). The minuses are one pontoon (for 3 hotels), very small for such a number of people, there is no changing room on the pontoon, no place to wash (if sea water gets in your eyes), not a single sunbed, not a single bench, one trash can, no life jackets (you can rent them from the lifeguards for $5), one descent into the sea (I remind you, for 3 hotels), the swimming area is very small (someone constantly touches someone, the water is muddy) - in a word, not comfortable!

Conclusion!
Pros: large, beautiful territory, good rooms, beautiful sea view, good beach.
Cons:
watered with sewage water in the heat twice a day!
Very not tasty cuisine
Aquapark that is crowded and closes very early and even with breaks!
Not convenient for a pontoon!
In general, it seems to me that the owner of the hotel has not looked after it for a long time, and the management was taken over by a person who is either blind or stupid! It is clear that a lot of money has been invested, but the management is so weak that it cannot organize a decent vacation. I would give the hotel two ratings: infrastructure - 4, and organization of recreation - 3. Judging by what I saw, the overall rating is 3+!
