Rested family, two adults and daughter 1 year 10 months. Settled immediately without any surcharges, the room is normal, everything worked. We really liked the hotel and the service and animation. Before the trip, I read somewhere that there is no animation, etc. Nothing like the animators are all great, they entertain as they can. All 14 days we went to a children's disco, our daughter really liked it. In the main restaurant, too, everything was always super, there was plenty to choose from for both us and the daughter. I liked the waiters Mohamed and Said and the rest too, everyone treats the kids very well. We always sat in the lobby bar for lunch, drinking latte, and in the evening for a cocktail. There are also very nice bartenders Mohamed and Zach. We went to Naama Bay and the Old Market recorded at the reception. By the way, once we went to have breakfast at the Sea Club, we didn’t like it there, it’s very noisy, a lot of people, and the food seems to be the same, but the salad was not fresh with rot. They no longer experimented eating only in Sea life. All in all, I think we'll be back next year.
I also want to write about the Odeon tour, this does not apply to the hotel. Because of the Odeon tour, we almost missed the plane, the guide at the meeting said that the lists of those who were leaving would be posted in a day. We came to the Sea Club at 16.00 almost a day before departure, there were no lists!! ! And in other firms lists hung. We went to the Old Market, we think we'll see in the morning, that is, how the departure should have been the next day at 17.00. We arrived from the Old Market at 20.30 while we ate in the room. In the morning we are going to go to breakfast, they come to us for luggage already, we didn’t understand anything, we say at twelve we will bring it ourselves, he left, then the call to the room that the bus is already waiting for us !! ! How do you like it when one suitcase is not yet packed? As a result, the daughter was left hungry.
