We rested at the hotel in April 2014.3 families with children (from 2 to 6 years old).
We settled in pretty quickly. I immediately gave 20 dollars so that we could be settled nearby and in good rooms. Friends did not immediately give money. After some waiting, the receptionists themselves began to beg for 30 dollars from the family in order to put us in rooms with a sea view. After bargaining, they agreed on 15 dollars from the number. As a result: 2 rooms were next to the Fresh Pool overlooking the sea, 1 room was closer to the restaurant. In general, all rooms are zonally divided into 2 parts: between the reception and the sea, behind the reception (the farthest from the sea).
The rooms are decent. Only there was no hot water. The next day after the complaint, hot water was somehow made.

The territory of the hotel is very large, there is where to walk. Only everywhere there is a feeling of emptiness. There are few people on the beach, few near the pools, no one near the pool at the reception. The hotel has 2 huge restaurants, one - does not work.
The food is very scarce. The ice cream declared in the restaurant was seen 2 times in 10 days. There were practically no vegetables. There were always only cucumbers, tomatoes not every day. There is always a queue for hot food. Meat, chicken, fish were very limited. Sometimes they are completely inedible. From fruits: sliced oranges, something local and finely chopped bananas and apples floating in a bowl of water. There are problems with dishes: for breakfast there is a line for mugs, for lunch - for soup bowls and spoons. The staff works reluctantly, tables are set slowly. It is necessary to run around the restaurant for an important uncle, who considers himself "the king of forks and knives", so that he brushes the crumbs from the table onto the floor and puts one napkin and cutlery on it. I give out alcohol strictly in 2 glasses per hand in small disposable cups.
Of the declared snack food near the bars and on the beach, only on the beach were sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers and french fries. Drinks were at the bar near the fresh pool and aqua park.
My advice: you must sign up for a la carte restaurants. You can at least eat there. Registration every day at 10:00. You can only sign up for one restaurant per day. If you have several families. That one number can record as many people as you like in the restaurant. Thus, we (3 rooms) could go 3 times to each of the three restaurants. But we didn’t know about it right away, so we went only two times. Moreover, they are booked 2-3 days in advance and there are no places.
In general, the impression was that the workers do not want to work at all, but they beg for tips with pleasure. For all! Even for changing beach towels, which should be free.
The water park is good for kids. The first time they came - and it is still closed, the workers clean it. The guest-relationship complained, there was no more of this, it opened on schedule.

We lived near the fresh pool. The bartender Hamada worked at the bar there. Here he is a great guy, we did not spare him a tip. Therefore, the only ones probably drank from glass glasses near the pool : ) He prepared very tasty cocktails with juice for us. Children taught how to make milkshakes (milk and syrup). I advise you to be friends with him!
The sea is wonderful! Great reef, lots of fish. Maybe it's worth going here just because of the sea.
We have certainly adapted. They already knew with whom and how to talk, to whom to tip. Therefore, the rest began to seem not as terrible as on arrival. We enjoyed the sea, sun and company. As a result - only positive emotions.
