In general, I will say right away - all the reviews that are written about this hotel are, however, not slander!! ! The quality of food, the hotel, the staff, the dirt in the hotel and on the territory - it's all true! I am a very positive person, my mother is generally a jolly merry girl, looking positively even at the negative, and even this hotel horrified us. HOTEL 2 hardly pulls on 3 stars. When I took the tour, there were few negative reviews. Closer to the flight, there were more of them, I looked at several more sites with reviews - and my hair stood on end. I really wanted to believe that this is a specially-planned black PR. Just in case, I contacted the tour operator, where I was convinced that this was a good hotel and I would not regret it. I wanted to believe in it. The flight there was very successful, even wine was poured on board the plane. There were enough blankets for everyone, they handed out sweets during takeoff, as expected. I am writing this on purpose, because they flew back with this company on airplanes of the same Tui,
but they didn't even hand out sweets. But more on that later. Upon arrival in Sharm el-Sheikh, they began to offer visas for $ 25 to those who want to go on excursions to Cairo or Luxor. Representatives of Tui, we flew with this company, stood at the same time and heard everything. And they were silent. It’s good that we didn’t get visas, as it turned out later, the road to Cairo was generally closed even after the revolutions and there were no excursions there. Unfortunately, representatives of our company were silent about this at the airport, when people bought visas specifically for a trip to the Pyramids. We got to the hotel well, a very good escort was caught, a representative of Tui, who told a lot of interesting things. We arrived at the hotel. As soon as we entered there, we immediately realized that this was far from 5 * by the fact that many letters of the hotel name at the entrance did not shine, some obviously had not been there for a long time, darkness reigned in the hall and we did not see any hospitality. About the welcome cocktail
which is listed on the sites with information about the hotel, was not. We waited 40 minutes, they did not pay extra money for resettlement. They gave us a number and we went to it. The room is so-so, the furniture is old, at first glance it was clean, the TV is very old. There were three of us, towels in the room were only for 2 people, and shampoos too. For a set of towels for a third person, I had to go to the reception and swear 5 times. After they began to frankly loudly resent the whole hall, towels were brought. We were late for dinner, because we arrived late due to the fact that the plane circled the territory of Ukraine. At the reception, we were told that we can attend the second dinner, which will begin at 23.30. We were looking forward to it, and in vain... Entering this DINING ROOM with very unpleasant odors (by the way, a delicious and pleasant smell has never been carried from the dining room, always smelled of rotten meat and spoiled food), we realized the hopelessness of the situation and that we "hit"...

There was practically nothing from food, some leftovers from dinner, apparently already in a stale form and with the appearance of spoiled food. At the end of our tour, we got used to it, but at the very beginning it seemed to us completely unrealistic. By the way, in the dining room, this place cannot be called a restaurant, it is dirty, very dirty. If someone spills something, they will not wipe it up right away, until several people fall and start cursing - no one will budge, there are always flies on the products. I was also surprised that there were no drinks at all in the dining room, when asked where you can get at least tea, we were told that it was on the 3rd floor, i. e. you have to go up to the floor for water. Even then, having realized that things were bad with food at the hotel, they still hoped for breakfast. There was a piece of chocolate left from arrival, we decided to leave it for breakfast, waking up in the morning, we were horrified to see that the whole nightstand and a piece of chocolate we had in small ants, there was no living place,
and they were already distributed on the pillow and the bed....it was wild and terrible. They didn’t take anything else from food to the room or hid everything bought edible in the refrigerator right away. Our hopes for a nourishing tomorrow were doomed to failure. The food in the canteen is disgusting. everything is cooked tasteless, kaputsa, lettuce leaves are cut well, very large and scattered on plates, like pigs, by all indications, they are not even cut every day. The tomatoes were rotten, in general, during the 12 days of our stay fresh, we never saw them. On the 1st floor there is another dining room, but there is even less food, especially edible. The queues that everyone writes about here are true, they are huge! . this is the queue at breakfast for scrambled eggs, and at lunch and dinner - for french fries or for pieces of meat, which are cut so finely and thrown out to everyone at 1, maximum 2 as a handout, which is not even enough for 1 tooth. Of course, you can not stand in them, but then you will remain generally hungry, because.
there is nothing more to eat. there is also rice, the thought of even eating which makes you sick by the 3rd day, there is some kind of muesli and potatoes baked in large pieces, but not baked, but half-baked. Of the fruits, there were rotten grapes and green dates (we couldn’t resist and shot them, I’ll post the pictures below), which didn’t even gnaw through, sometimes pieces of melon, grapefruit, orange or apples. As such, there were no cakes in my understanding at all. There was something like them. I have a terrible sweet tooth, but I didn’t eat these products, having tried them once, I didn’t even want to look at them, they were very unappetizing and tasteless. Sometimes something like baklava appeared - it was still possible to eat. The most delicious thing in this dining room is sweet buns for breakfast and bread, which everyone leaned on, because at least they didn’t poison them. Fanta, cola or sprite are poured from soft drinks, but again, you have to stand in a rather big queue. There weren't enough glasses all day
drank in tiny plastic cups, no more than 2 cups per hand. Of course, there were not enough of them, so we had to queue several times. It's even worse with alcoholic drinks. In these small glasses they poured a maximum of 50 grams, beer, rum. By the way, beer was a rarity, on the beach paid beer for $ 3 was always free, but it was still necessary to catch a free one. It is very bad with places in the dining room, not only are they dirty, they are not cleaned properly, in order to change dirty appliances to clean ones, you have to come up and ask several times. You will come to the opening - there will be places, but there is not enough food, the toaster does not work either, because it has not heated up, you will come a little later - there is a little more food, but besides rice and eggs, it’s better not to risk anything, a few standing salads are clearly missing. Several times before my eyes, these salads were taken, tried, if they didn’t like it, they spit it out into their plate and poured it all into a common plate with salad.

Almost everyone in the hotel was poisoned, for several days they lay with a temperature below 40, who treated like doctors - they didn’t want to do anything with insurance, they only took money without insurance, waved their hand and said: it will pass. Diarrhea in the first days occurs in general for everyone !! ! There are no exceptions! By the way, I don’t recommend drinking water in coolers, perhaps they get sick from it. They don’t change the bottles themselves, they take it off and into old bottles, overgrown with mold and greenery, pour water and put it back out, I saw it repeatedly with my own eyes. We noticed this and drew attention to it, unfortunately too late, so I draw your attention to this one. It is better to buy water for $ 1 in the pool in the hall. And it is ideal not to go at all to rest in this hotel !!! ! RESTAURANTS that are presented as a la carte - again a loud name, very loud! We have visited them all. The fish one is the best, at least they bring you water and salad in it. In the rest, you need to follow them again,
like standing in line at the cafeteria. There is no music in any of the restaurants. But for a change, you can go. The SERVICE at the hotel is terrible, they are cleaned very poorly, the hotel is constantly dirty and garbage. For 12 days of stay, we were given 2 bars of soap on the 1st day of arrival, the rest of the soap and toilet paper were asked for with a scandal, and then not from 1 or 2 times they brought. None of the staff say hello, food and drinks are handed out as if they are doing a huge favor and you owe them for life. More about ANNIMATION: it is practically non-existent, again one name, very sleepy, barely moving guys, there are no discos. from 8 to 9 there are some programs for children, games, and that's it, nothing for adults. Charging and aqua aerobics never start on time, animators sleep on the go, dances on the beach are 3 dances that are repeated several times every day. this is where the animation ends. WATERSLIDES.
In principle, when choosing a hotel, they paid attention to them. There are slides for children, for very small ones. For adults, there are only 3 of them. Connections are very poorly made on 2 of them - you go and count all the connections. The water flow is weak, many get stuck on them. POOLS on the territory a lot, enough sun loungers. BEACH. , as they say - this is the best in this nasty hotel, a lot of fish and corals, a lot of poisonous fish. Sharks, moray eels, stingrays were seen several times near the rocks - they swim with people, there are many of them, they even saw an octopus. Unfortunately, no one warns about their danger and there is no warning and information anywhere at all. We are VERY lucky, but every second walks around with coral burns, which they accidentally touched, or bitten by fish. Fish bite off swimming trunks, leaving traces on the body, bit through a rubber durable swimming pillow from one pair, from one woman in front of our eyes,
which was sitting in some water almost by the shore, the fish bit off the papilloma from the side, it became generally creepy. Sea urchins and stars and other dangerous creatures stick out from every pebble on the shore. More about the pontoon: from the first day it was broken, on the day of our arrival it was broken in 2 places, on the day of departure - already in 5! and no one cares, no one closes up these holes and fractures. The steps along which you need to climb from the sea to the pontoon are very high. If you are not a master of sports or not a man, it seems difficult to climb. The swimming area is limited by buoys, very small. Fish bite everywhere - both on it and on the territory behind the buoys. Behind the buoys, boats and yachts also float, completely oblivious to people in front of them. Then I want to write about EXCURSIONS. We are not in Egypt for the first time. About the fact that Cairo is now closed and there are no excursions there, but when applying for visas, they are silent about this, I already wrote above.

On the very first day, the guide from Tui's company offered us excursions, we chose those where we had not yet been, stopping on a trip to Israel for 2 days, a Bedouin party and snorkeling. For these excursions from the Tui company we received bonuses: a free trip to Hollywood Park, which is located next to the hotel, and to the Soho Singing Fountain Square. But first things first. When selling an excursion to Israel, not a word was said that it was dangerous there. Many tour operators in Egypt, as it turned out, do not sell excursions there; in Israel, these excursions are still generally prohibited, since the cities are in a state of emergency. Having learned this on the very first day of the purchase, we began to try to cancel the tour and return the money. Quite as an exception, we were allowed to remember other excursions for the same amount, but for $ 400 we could not collect excursions that we had not yet been on, and we had to go. Basically,
we were very lucky - we visited all the planned places and even without a queue. Of course, the guide made a very surprised face and seemed to wonder why the temples, where there are always kilometer-long queues, are now empty... By the way, remember the name of this guide - Alexander Robinovich, and try never to travel with him. We learned very little from history, we heard plenty of anecdotes. As a result, now, upon arrival, we download science programs to find out where we were at all. But maybe it’s better that he doesn’t give any information, because she didn’t carry the truth with him. So, according to him, Jesus Christ was an artodox, he walks in a yarmulke and with sidelocks. When I heard this, I didn’t feel like weeping from annoyance that I had never known about eo. Arriving at a hotel in Palestine, where we stayed for the night (by the way, it was a 4 * hotel, but a thousand times better than our 5 *, and the food was very tasty, and there was free Wi-Fi), in general, on the Internet, we found out that it wasn't that close
and the tour guide lied to us. Thank God that we remained alive at all, because the group that was riding in front of us, leaving the Temple in Bethlehem, came under fire, and barely managed to reach their bus, the group that was traveling a day later than us did not visit half of the places at all, because they were not allowed there. The safari buggy tour went very well. Now about snorkeling. The tour ended 1.5 hours before the scheduled time, they didn’t take us to the sunken ship, we wouldn’t have known about it if a woman who went on the tour a second time and didn’t know what was supposed to be according to the program. Diving suits were given as they should have been for snorkeling, but they were not given at all for snorkeling. We also learned about this from friends upon arrival, that according to the rules, they were obliged to give us all this. fed deliciously, thanks to Bon, even though they missed another bad dinner in the dining room).
Very unpleasant,

whether this is how they treat their own people and meet the Arabs.
BACK TO MOSCOW everyone flew with the same company Metrorozhdet, all of the same operator Tui. BUT!! ! Sweets were handed out only to the first 10 rows, even half of those who wished did not have enough blankets, it was very cold in the cabin and they had to pull out everything that could cover themselves from their hand luggage. Of course, they no longer offered wine, as on a flight in that direction. This is how our trip ended. The conclusion is this: we flew with Tui for the first, and most likely for the last time. In general, I don’t understand why the tour operator doesn’t even hint at the sale of this hotel, not only that it doesn’t warn that it’s not even 4 *, and why during our stay there, Tui’s representative never came down and asked if we had everything in order. Last time we went with Tez Tour, so every day we filled out questionnaires about the day spent and the tour, every day the representatives of the company asked if everything was in order with us,
Do you need help and help solve any emerging current issues. With Tui, it's the other way around.
In general, people! Believe everything that is written here about the hotel and do not think that competitors are trying to denigrate the hotel, they write the truth!! ! And do not go to this hotel if you value your health and want to get positive impressions from your vacation!!! !
